Monthly Rentals in Castrillón

The house is great, it has everything you need and the location is unbeatable, especially if you want to surf. Isaac, the owner, was always very attentive and was very kind, he gave us good recommendations on schedules and tides to make better use of the surf sessions. It has been a very good experience with my friends, if I come back in the area I will repeat.

We have been here for 5 days and the apartment is just as it appears in the photos. Very well decorated, totally renovated. The parking is very good. It is true that it is a little far from the center to walk but we went by car and in 10 minutes we were parking near the center. Also, keep in mind that not having an elevator makes it hard to go up with suitcases. But if you want a quiet and well-equipped apartment in a quiet area of Aviles, I definitely recommend it.

the house is quite close to the beach and being a 5 rests very well pq the noises of the street do not arrive. you can walk around the beach area, which is super pretty
