The huge windows guide us to an excellent size garden, furnished with 2 comfortable sun loungers, sofas and a swing to admire a dream view of the Mediterranean Sea, of an unimaginable turquoise. Kilometers of fine sand await you for walking, jogging or just looking and hearing the blush of the waves from their spectacular holiday apartment. The salt pool (Not heated) and its beautiful garden will make them for unforgettable afternoons with family or friends. Very quiet area surrounded by restaurants and supermarkets. Public transport. In the check- in, names and passport n. will be required. Before the check out, the Balear turístic ecotax has to be paid to the host.

The villa is located on the edge of the Albufereta Nature Reserve, a jewel of nature for its landscape and ornithological and botanical values. It has 4 bedrooms spread over the ground floor and first floor, 3 bathrooms, a hall, a living room, a kitchen, a laundry room plus a terrace-garden with a pool. It's advisable to have a vehicle. The pool is closed, making the garden a safe area for children. Located a few kilometers from the villages of Alcudia and Pollença, as well as their beaches.

This modern property is situated in the bay of Alcudia in the popular Playa de Muro area. Conveniently located the villa is just a 15 minute walk from a lovely sandy beach, while a selection of restaurants and bars are even closer. During the early and later parts of the season a car may be necessary as some facilities located close by may not be available. Inside, the house is bright and comfortable whilst the cool, swimming pool is surrounded by paved sun terraces.
