Apartamento moderna de diseño en primera línea, con acceso directo a la playa de Alcúdia. Impresionante apartamento en primera línea de playa que consta de 3 dormitorios dobles, dos de ellos con cama doble y otro con dos camas individuales, cada uno de los dormitorios dispone de baño privado en suite con ducha y seca toallas en su interior. Un bonito recibidor nos conduce al area de estar, donde confluyen la cocina totalmente equipada con todo lo necesario, comedor y un amplio salón con televisor plano. Los enormes ventanales nos guían a un jardín de excelente tamaño, amueblado con 2 cómodas tumbonas, sofás y un columpio para admirar unas vistas de en sueño del mar Mediterraneo, de un turquesa inimaginable. Kilometros de arena fina te esperan para pasear, hacer jogging o simplemente mirar y oír el rubor de las olas desde su espectacular apartamento de vacaciones. La piscina de sal (No climatizada) y su bonito jardín les hará para pasar tardes inolvidables junto con la familia o amigos. Un apartamento diseñada para nuestros huéspedes más exigentes, con una ubicación única para disfrutar de unas vacaciones inolvidables. La playa de aguas cristalinas y arena fina con acceso directo a través de su jardín es un punto que no le pasará inadvertido. Realmente una experiencia única. El apartamento dispone de aire acondicionado frío y calor por conducto en todas las estancias. La suite dispone además de un aseo y cuarto de la colada. Garage. El apartamento es planta baja, el apartamento superior también es opcional en caso de estar disponible ya que se alquila por separado (preguntar antes). Jardín, piscina y garage son de uso exclusivo para este apartamento. Cada apartamento tiene su entrada independiente. Hay que subir unos pequeños escalones, no apta para personas con movilidad reducida. No es posible hacer barbacoas. Costes adicionales no incluido en el precio y se paga por separado a la llegada. Para que una reserva sea efectiva no puede haber más de dos días entre reservas. Limpieza final: 250 €.
