The villa is located on the edge of the Albufereta Nature Reserve, a jewel of nature for its landscape and ornithological and botanical values. It has 4 bedrooms spread over the ground floor and first floor, 3 bathrooms, a hall, a living room, a kitchen, a laundry room plus a terrace-garden with a pool. It's advisable to have a vehicle. The pool is closed, making the garden a safe area for children. Located a few kilometers from the villages of Alcudia and Pollença, as well as their beaches.

Conveniently located the villa is just a 15 minute walk from a lovely sandy beach, while a selection of restaurants and bars are even closer. During the early and later parts of the season a car may be necessary as some facilities located close by may not be available.
