Great one-bedroom spot just a block from Transfer food hall and Burial. Perfect for a 2-person weekend stay. Plenty of street parking in the area but not even needed since there's a driveway for one car! Occasional road noise overnight, but there's a sound machine provided to drown it out.

Our stay was everything and more than what we expected, the place was cozy and homey with more than enough room and we enjoyed the food places we went to! Definitely recommend checking out the Mexican restaurant near by called Carajillo's Mexican Kitchen it was amazing we loved it !

We had an amazing stay at this apartment in downtown Raleigh! The location couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of the city with easy access to fantastic restaurants, bars, and nightlife. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully organized, and equipped with top-notch amenities that made our stay incredibly comfortable. On top of that, the host was outstanding—very friendly, super responsive, and helpful throughout our entire visit. We enjoyed our stay in the Crane Room. The apartment complex is very nice, the amenities are top notch. Free parking was a plus. The view from the studio was wonderful. Things to note - be sure to bring your own shampoo/condition/body washes as there are none in the bathroom. Thankfully I was prepared. There are not many walkable stores to grab essentials or a bottle of water so stop on your way in to get what you need!

Our stay at Jason and Samantha's was perfect!! I am a stickler for a clean space, and it was clean. We did not cook, but the kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed to reheat our meals, prep out lunches and to eat our meals. The house was quiet, the beds were cozy and we were comfortable taking walks around the neighborhood. Check in was a breeze and the key pad was great so we never had to worry about remembering a key. Loved the carport for shade as well as for when it rained. It is definitely one of our favorite stays. I would not hesitate to recommend and I would definitely stay again if the need arose.

Such a wonderful stay! Heather was a great host. The house was beautiful and the pool was fabulous. We loved the area so much that we want to move to Raleigh. Can’t wait to come back and stay at Heather’s hut again!

Very nice place to stay. kitchen was well stocked, everything was clean and instructions were clear. I found the bed VERY comfortable. everything we needed was already there for us. It felt almost like a second home the moment we walked in. 20min (without traffic) from just about everything. absolutely lovely stay.

Lynne communicated with us and was responsive when we let her know a couple of things had run out. The home was spotlessly clean with comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen and spacious living area. The location was safe and perfect for our needs.

I stayed in B’s place while attending a three day meeting nearby. I had a car, but could easily have walked to the office and nearly everything I needed. The home was perfect for me. Tons of space, a comfy bed, and all the amenities i could want. Loved the balcony and greenbelt view. The apartment was quiet both in and outside. Did not take advantage of the gym or pool but they looked great and I’m sure anyone would be pleased with the layout and offerings of the complex. Thank you, B, for your attention to detail and responsiveness during my stay. Highly recommend B’s place as an alternative to the local hotels. Five stars, no doubt!
