Very Clean , quiet and Comfortable

Victor & Adriana were warm, friendly, and responsive, providing me with important parking advice. The room was quiet and tidy. Although there were children in the house, it was quiet enough to have a non disturbed sleep at night, and my privacy was well-protected. During my 12-day stay, I was able to use the laundry room for free, which was incredibly convenient for me. The community is safe, and parking is easy.

They are very kind and caring people. The first night they stayed up late and helped me bring my suitcase upstairs. When I came home late one night they contacted me to make sure I was okay. We had some wonderful conversations and they taught me a lot about what they believe. It felt like visiting family. The place is in a gated community which is very quiet and clean and beautiful and the room has its own private bathroom that is really nice. I had the best vacation thanks to them. Thank you guys so much!

Cute little spot for my boyfriend and I to stay for the weekend for graduation parties and outings. We loved it and plan on staying here again in the future.

The place was easy to locate; neighboorhood was peaceful & private, easy check in. The house was well maintained, and the room was accessible as it’s in the 1st floor; bathroom was right outside the room. Inside, the bedroom was spacious & cozy.The bed was too high for me, however it was soft, large & comfortable, but a little noisy if you move too much, although enough pillows & comforter that allowed me to have good slumbers.quiet & safe at night. Microwave & fridge were in the room like a hotel, but bring utensils & plates if needed. Free keurig coffee, cups & 2 water bottles.Closet space was big. Computer table & chair were useful, but the chair was a little unstable. Bathroom was clean, supplied w/ towels, & toiletries, hot & cold shower working; bring slippers. Mayra accomodated my personal request promptly, and allowed me to leave my stuff after I checked out. Privacy was observed at all times. Great deal! Mayra was accomodating & friendly. Excellent Stay for Special Occasion! We had a wonderful time staying at this charming apartment during our niece's graduation in Long Beach. The location couldn't have been better - everything we needed was within easy reach, making our trip so much more convenient. The host really went above and beyond with thoughtful touches that made our stay special. The apartment came well-stocked with extra linens, a record player that added great ambiance, and a fully equipped kitchen that had everything we needed. The cozy atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. Perfect spot for anyone visiting Long Beach - we'd definitely stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Alex is one of the best Airbnb hosts I’ve come across. I had lots of questions and he was so flexible with all my requests. If we return to Disney I would definitely stay again (however keep in mind it isn’t a walkable distance to Disney if that’s your purpose) Such a cute place!

The apartment was the perfect place to stay for us. The location was very quiet and had just the right amount of Goldie Locks and the Three Bears along with Bambi. Truly was perfect!

Darcy's home was lovely, clean, and comfortable. Parking was included and the neighborhood felt safe. Many good food options nearby, as well as entertainment and groceries. Around 30 minutes drive from Disney and Knotts Berry Farm, and roughly and hour to Downtown LA/ Hollywood. Darcy was very easy to reach, and answered any questions as soon as possible. Will definitely come back!

Place was great! Regine was extremely responsive and thoughtful, even when answering questions that were explained within the instructions in the apartment. Location was amazing and we definitely would stay here again.

Pari’s place is bigger than it appears in the photos- really nice space. Modern and comfortable, fully outfitted kitchen, and plenty of towels/amenities. Contrary to other reviewers, I didn’t find the parking to be tough. I rented an SUV and just backed into the space without a problem - I can see how it would be tough for someone if they headed in- just do a three point turn up front and you’ll be fine :) One last comment- the location can’t be beat! Walking distance to so much (including one of my favorite restaurants, Green Street). And less than 15 minutes to Occidental College, where I was attending events. Great stay. Thanks Pari!

Amazing place, with a beautiful kitchen! The building itself was very quiet. Most everything was walkable, or at least a very short uber ride away! Any questions we had we got a response very quickly. A perfect stay for the weekend!

Great little stay I had it was just one night I booked really late because I had to check out of my hotel room due to a bug problem. Sindy was great and replied really fast. She made me feel comfortable and heard. Thank you! The room was also very private with its own entrance. Great stay for a great price !

The place was very clean, very well laid out and homey, lots of closet space, and I can't say enough about how well-stocked the house was! Plenty of kitchen supplies - everything you could ever need - as well as cleaning supplies, plenty of towels, even extra toilet paper and tissues if you ran out. Office area was a great place to sit and put on my make-up and dry my hair (using the portable make up mirror provided in the bathroom) while my husband showered! Eric was very responsive to any questions. Easy check-in and check out. We would definitely stay again if in the area.
