Just 10 minutes from the international border crossing to the USA, 9 minutes from the government palace in the civic center, and 30 minutes from the airport. The house has two bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a dining room, a bathroom, a front patio, and its own parking.

The accommodation is set up to accommodate up to six guests, and per property policies, no additional visitors are allowed during the stay. In the case of family gatherings or events, prior consultation is required, as a rate adjustment and additional conditions would apply.
