The condo is very clean, very comfortable and it had everything you needed. Also a very peaceful, quiet location.

This place is really beautiful. Huge. Dream house. GREAT yard and pool. Each bedroom is very nice though all the beds are quite firm/hard (good if that’s your thing). The added guesthouse gives extra privacy. The kitchen is the most well stocked Airbnb kitchen I have been in. Communication with host was pretty good. I did ask a question and never heard back but it was largely inconsequential. We had a little hiccup at check in but the host corrected it immediately, which was appreciated. I highly recommend this place. I would stay again for sure.

As always, this condo has met our expectations over and beyond. We've stayed here numerous times and will continue to do so hopefully - it is clean, spacious, is accurately advertised and described, and is extremely comfortable. It is very conveniently close to retail and grocery stores, movie theatre and plenty of restaurants. Lastly, there are plenty of nearby pools to choose from in the neighborhood. My family of five just spent a lovely week at this beautiful home. We have been renting vacation homes for the past ten years, and this by far was the most beautiful home we ever stayed in. Though most thought we were crazy to spend a week in Palm Springs in June and it was hot as expected, having the outside pool was huge. Also a big winner for us was the water misters that cooled the patio tremendously. We had plenty of space to spread out. This house is so close to town. A short ten minute drive took us to the heart of Palm Springs. I like to walk, so I took advantage of the paths surrounding the development. Poolside Rentals were fantastic to work with. They left us treats and also dropped off tasty sweets to welcome us. Very thoughtful! They also were quick to reply to any questions and were available if needed.

We were extremely impressed with the cleanliness of the house as well as the pool and hot tub. This house had everything we could have asked for and was just like the pictures. The view of the mountains from the pool was our favorite part.

We loved our stay at Brandon’s home. It is extremely clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed, and we appreciated the coffee and tea in the cabinets. The pool is about a 50 foot walk from the property which was amazing on a hot day. Brandon was also so responsive before and during our stay and made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend staying here!

What a great house and overall experience from start to finished. The house manager (Dan) was very helpful and answered any questions I had. The home has everything you would ever need and was spotless! The pictures are spot on and everything was in great shape. Backyard is very private and so quiet! Thanks for a great experience!

This was an amazing find on my tight budget. The condo was spotless, comfortable, well equipped, attractive and very affordable. it was super peaceful, as it seems the condo complex is populated by a lot of weekenders that come periodically. I plan to make this my default place to stay in Palm Springs!

Josh and Madison were easy to communicate with, my adult family and I spent a great time at there property, which has a large interior living space and every one can retreat to there own space, didn't really watch to much television but when we did we could actually switch them on hassle free, which in my experience is not the norm, the yard had great views and the operating panel for the spa and the water feature were clearly marked and were literally a push of a button and they worked, nice to go away and not spend time trying to work out how to operate everything, kitchen is stocked with plenty of mugs , plates and utensils , supermarket, trader joes and target down the bottom of the street less than 5 minutes away, all in all had a great time would recommend

Truly a hidden gem. The home is in a well maintained community and it was surprising how large the property is. The backyard is massive, immaculate landscaping, beautifully tiled pool, incredible spa. Very private as well, which is a must for myself. Such spacious outdoor areas, and unique flora. It is so calm and serene. And of course the views; look in any direction and you’ll see something beautiful. The layout of the home is open; each bedroom provided guests their own private space, and the open living areas brought us together when we weren’t doing different things, or attending a well known music festival. Myself and fellow guests enjoyed the hiking trails. One even made it his morning routine, the one time I joined him we were feet from big horn sheep. Thank you for everything Dean, we all truly had a wonderful time and your property made that possible. I look forward to future stays

Beautiful home in the heart of Desert Falls Country Club. Swimming pool steps away from the spacious patio. A true oasis to relax and rejuvenate. A quick drive to Palm Desert restaurants and shopping. We will definitely be coming back!

Kelli was quick to respond her place was as described. Comfy couch and beds. You will need a vehicle to get around to eateries and shops but there all with in 10-15 minute drive.

We had a great time! The house was so clean and pretty big. It was very comfortable and quiet. The pool and yard were so amazing as well. Everything went smoothly and Morgan responded to all my messages with the information I needed very quickly. Would recommend this place to everyone!! What a fabulous home! All the furnishings and appliances were first class. It was so quiet and loved having the pool and jacuzzi right out the back patio door. This was only my second experience renting from AIRBNB and the first was not the best. However, I didn't want that experience to detour me from trying again. If you are looking for fabulous home with a wonderful host...please consider this property. You won't be disappointed
