Welcome to a cozy apartment in Sørlandet!

Cozy apartment with private terrace and good view. The apartment has a spacious living room and a private bathroom with shower. There is a bedroom with a good and soft double bed. In the living room there is a double sofa bed, and if necessary we can arrange an extra bed. Washed and ironed bed linen and towels are included in the price. We expect general folk customs and that no other residents and neighbors will be disturbed after 23. We live in the house ourselves on the 2nd floor.

Sentral og koselig leilighet i gåavstand til det meste i Kristiansand. Leiligheten består av et romslig soverom med utgang til veranda, hyggelig stue med egen kjøkkendel, eget arbeidsrom og et praktisk bad med vaskemaskin. Med eget arbeidsrom egner leiligheten seg godt for langtidsleie. Rett over gata ligger dagligvarebutikk, iSushi & Roxys og Fryd kafe. Fra verandaen er det nydelig utsikt over et gammelt villastrøk. Leiligheten ligger i tredje etasje. Metrobussene passerer her.

The apartment is brightly decorated and provides space for a relaxing and pleasant stay. Large living room and kitchen, and exit to sunny porch. Beautiful bathing water and large hiking area in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. Perfect for families, business travelers or tourists who want to experience Kristiansand.

Sjarmerende leilighet til leie i en rolig og vakker oase i hjertet av Grimstad. Leiligheten har åpen kjøkkenløsning, en sovealkove med dobbeltseng og en dobbel sovesofa i stuen. Tilgang til privat innendørs svømmebasseng. Parkering i parkeringshus tvers over gaten. Leiligheten har vært utleid tidligere gjennom annen bruker på Airbnb. Anmeldelsene kunne dessverre ikke følge med flytting til ny bruker, og er derfor lagt ut under "Husmanual", til info.

Stedet mitt er nærme 5 min walk from several nice beaches and 10 min walk from natural resort Helleviga and Romsviga. By car it takes 15 min to Kristiansand town centre.. Du vil elske stedet mitt på grunn av Fantastic sea view Nice økologic wooden massive house In the middle of the nature but still close to town . Stedet mitt er bra på par, reiser alene, bedriftsreisende, familier (med barn) og pelskledde venner (kjæledyr).
