The cosy little appartment ist located only 3 minutes from highway A81 at the main street of Empfingen.There is a lot of traffic noise during the working days (windows with noise protection!). About 1 hour to the lake of Constance, 50 minutes to Stuttgart. 12 Minutes to the historic town Horb.About 35 minutes to Tübingen and Rottenburg. In our village there are two bakeries, a butcher's shop, 3 restaurants and 2 supermarkets. The parking place is situated about 5m from appartments entrance.

Our stay with Susanne and Oliver was just perfect, not only that the apartment was beautiful, we were personally welcomed by two really wonderful people, we didn't miss anything, even fruit, water and milk were already available, we had a personal introduction and would have liked to spend more time there. I needed a place to stay in the area for a month at very short notice because of my new job. Fortunately, I found Martina's apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, sparkling clean, conveniently furnished and incredibly cozy. The pellet stove in the living room generates cozy warmth, the kitchen is fully furnished and of high quality. The bathroom, bedroom and study also leave nothing to be desired. The terrace in the beautiful garden is the perfect place to enjoy the end of the day. I would especially like to thank you for the warmth that Martina and her family welcomed me with. I had a hard time moving to my final apartment after a month. I can fully recommend this apartment and Martina as a landlady. Unfortunately, I can only give 5 stars. She deserved more. Thank you so much!

We had a really nice long weekend here. The private sauna and the roof terrace were really the highlight - totally relaxed and easy to feel good. The area is super nice and quiet, perfect for switching off. Even with a child, everything worked out great. The contact was totally pleasant, fast and uncomplicated. Everything was clean and exactly as described. We felt really comfortable and would be happy to come back!

This was a lovely, quiet place to stay near Hohenzollern castle and near to lots of hiking trails. There are no places to get food in Boll so I recommend getting food at a grocery store. Then you can enjoy a quiet evening in the cozy suite with evening strolls on the peaceful streets or into the forests below the castle. Or drive to Hechingen for restaurants. If you enjoy relaxation, this is the place! Sabrina and Daniel are very kind and helpful.
