Comfortable cosy cottage beside Mt Ruapehu. Ideal for bikers, Tongariro Crossing hikers or photographers exploring the local scenery. Independent so you can come and go at will. Full kitchen (though basic with retro fridge and no dishwasher), TV, DVDs and Chromecast, unlimited wifi, laundry, heating & aircon. One double room and one room with 2 singles (that can push together), plus a couch bed in the living room and a travel cot. From mid-May to Oct book 'Shannon Cottage (winter)' instead.

Comfortable, semi-rural, within 4 minutes of town. Situated on a 3 acre block, this Airbnb is completely separate and offers privacy and convenience. It comes with a well equipped kitchen and breakfast is included. There is a smart Tv and Wifi. There is a locked garage available for storage of items such as bikes or small water craft. Historic Bank in Rural Village - a great escape.

Cosy fire, Vault bathroom. Multi-night discounts. Continental breakfast. Cafe and Pub within a two minute walk. River and bush walks a plenty. A fabulous diversion encompassing spectacular views. You will be staying in the character filled, old Kimbolton BNZ Bank (complete with teller box). This is a great Digital Nomad option - with ski fields within 2.5 hours. I live in the "Managers Quarters" which are through a door from the bank (the walls are very thick).

Take the bridge over the Little Kawau stream to wander the paths of our garden or relax on our covered decks. We are adjacent to Schnell Wetlands walkways. 5 minutes from PN Airport and 10 minutes to Manfeild, the centre of Palmy, or Ashhurst for the famous Gorge Walk. We are unable to accommodate children under the age of 12.
