Matai 34 - Great Ski Chalet

The chalet has three generous bedrooms, functional kitchen with dishwasher, dining table for 8 people and comfortable lounge with large windows to soak up the all day sun. Great for families. High quality linen, towels and WIFI provided. Bedrooms are as follows - Queen sized bed (downstairs - Bedroom 1) - Double bed & King single bed (upstairs - Bedroom 2) - Queen sized bed + two singles (upstairs - Bedroom 3) The large deck is great for entertaining and enjoying views of Mt Ruapehu.

Shannon Cottage (summer)

Comfortable cosy cottage beside Mt Ruapehu. Ideal for bikers, Tongariro Crossing hikers or photographers exploring the local scenery. Independent so you can come and go at will. Full kitchen (though basic with retro fridge and no dishwasher), TV, DVDs and Chromecast, unlimited wifi, laundry, heating & aircon. One double room and one room with 2 singles (that can push together), plus a couch bed in the living room and a travel cot. From mid-May to Oct book 'Shannon Cottage (winter)' instead.

Gum Tree Haven

Our place is close to the great Tongariro National Park. It includes Mt Ruapehu for skiing or snow boarding and tramping. Walk the world famous Tongariro Crossing and discover the cycle ways, kayak the Whanganui River and explore the 'Bridge to No Where'. Try trout fishing, a game of golf or visit the Waiouru Army Museum. Enjoy our cosy home with a wood fire whilst taking in the amazing mountain and rural views. Our place is good for couples and families (with kids) or small groups.

Waireka Apartment, situated in Ohakune in the Ruapehu District is a self contained 2 bedroom apartment each with a queen size bed, a large lounge with mountain views, kitchen and own spa pool. Spa Pool operates from 10am to 10pm Cleaning on departure is included in the rate. Set in the grounds of Flat Hills Cafe in the scenic Rangitikei Valley. This Pod can accomodate up to 4 people. We have a shower & toilet block as well as a large campers lounge with 50inch tv, book and toy corner and kitchen. Each Pod has its own TV, fridge plus tea & coffee making facilities. There is a BBQ to use on those finer evenings & free Wifi in the cafe grounds. For families we have a play area with bouncy castle, farm animals & even a maze!! **CAFE CLOSED ON TUESDAYS**
