We searched in the area of the accommodation because we wanted to be close to Switzerland and close to Lake Constance. We immediately noticed the accommodation because of the great furnishings and because of the architectural style and also because of the unbeatable price-performance ratio. Upon arrival, we were very kindly received by the hostess. The apartment is in the attic. It is basically a large room divided into different areas. As you can see in the photos, nothing is missing. The space is very big. There is endless space. There is nothing missing, it is very clean. Above all, the bathroom is sparkling clean. We were impressed. In the living room, you can chill on the comfortable couch in front of the TV. Behind it is a bookshelf well filled with different books about the region, about the mountains in general, but also children's books and games. The kitchen and dining area is open and generously arranged. There is also nothing missing in the kitchen. I could go on forever...

Fantastic modern apartment, with breathtaking views and fantastic terraces.

It's a new residential complex with underground parking. There is a large balcony with storage room which is very convenient. In the basement there is another storage room. The rooms are very bright and sunny all day. The apartment is on the first floor and accessible via an elevator. The rooms are all new with wooden parquet floor and appropriately furnished. The location is ideal for excursions as it is very centrally located in the Ländle. The handover of the apartment was also problem-free and already possible in the morning. We stayed in the apartment for 5 weeks and if needed, the landlord was immediately available, otherwise he was not intrusive and very nice. We can therefore absolutely recommend the apartment without restriction. Feel free to come back if needed.
