Newly renovated holiday home right next to Lake Örlen. Around the house runs a large terrace where there are several places to sit down to follow the sun around the house. Towards the lake, there is a hot tub, outdoor shower, lounge sofas, sun loungers and a dining area. There's room for everyone here! Interior renovated in a modern style. Open-plan kitchen and living room with dining area, wine cooler, fireplace and several seating areas. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed. Additional sleeping places are available in the loft.

Comfortable holiday home with that little something extra. Close to swimming area, beautiful nature, golf course, Skövde and Skara Sommarland. The layout of the house is open and airy. The modern kitchen and inviting living room are situated in the open part of the house with an outstanding ceiling height. On the ground floor there is also a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm wide) and a toilet with shower. With a step ladder, you get up to the cozy sleeping loft that is equipped with two adjacent 90cm beds. Warmly welcome.

Beachfront dream home – 75m to Lake Örlen! Bring the family and enjoy the wood-fired sauna, fireplace, and generous social areas. Four bedrooms (2 double beds, 2 bunk beds) provide room for everyone. The house has municipal water/sewer, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower, washing machine and separate toilet. Outdoor room with gas grill, dining area and sofa as well as a cozy patio with charcoal grill makes it easy to enjoy nature all year round. 25 min to Skövde and 45 min to Skara Sommarland.

Att få bli ett med naturen i en magisk omgivning är något speciellt. Här kan ni slappna av och bara njuta! Till byggnaden hör även en terrass med bord & stolar. Byggnad uppfördes 2023 där byggmaterial är närproducerat, möbler & elektronik är återbrukade för att få ett så litet klimatavtryck som möjligt. Fantastic mill with history from the 16th century. In the kitchen there is dishwasher induction hob, oven and microwave, fridge/freezer. In the small TV room there is a smart TV. Upstairs there was a carpenter's workshop which is now a modern TV room with wifi, amplifier,Chromecast, speaker system and projector. Shower is in the basement. The balcony facing the sheep garden has garden furniture and spa bath. Wood stove in the kitchen. Sauna available.

Välkommen till denna avskilda och mysiga stuga med sjöutsikt över sjön Örlen. Stugan ligger ett stenkast från barnvänlig och välskött strand med bad- och båtbrygga. Här kan ni koppla av och njuta av lugnet, bada, fiska, promenera, cykla, plocka svamp. Huset ligger mittemellan Sveriges största sjöar - Vättern och Vänern så det finns många sevärdheter som ligger i närheten att besöka och njuta av.

Perfect for those who like hiking, running or cycling - we are happy to share our favorite routes. Only 10 minutes to Gränna, 30 minutes to Jönköping. Car is recommended, nearest bus is 7 km away.

You'll love my place because of the small cottage's nice location in a cultural landscape that suits different ages. The cottage is on the grounds where we also live.
