Welcome to have a clean, well maintained one-bedroom apartment! The entire apartment (37 m²) is at your disposal. For a car in this area, rare free parking with a heating pole in the yard. In the apartment you can enjoy a sauna and a spacious balcony. It has a well-equipped kitchen. To get to the city center, you can quickly get to the city through the Bridge, for example, on the bikes included in the rental. The apartment has an air source heat pump, so the nights go cool in the summer. Partying is prohibited.

Cozy guesthouse and sauna in a wild wooden park. There are about 250 different species of wooded trees and shrubs in a two-acre area. The tree was planted in 1970 and forms its own microclimate, where the air is clean and good to breathe. The area is partly still in natural space and renovation is being made in the area. Tuo omat lakanat tai voit lainata kaapista. Lainattujen lakanoiden pesu ja kuivumaan laitto ennen lähtöä 🙂✨

A cozy, 35,5 square meter studio apartment located in the city centre of Joensuu. The studio is in the second floor of a peaceful apartment building. There's a parking spot and an elevator. Bedlinen, towels, soap and shampoo, hair dryer, drying washing machine, kitchenware, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, oven and stove, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, a 43-inch smart-tv and WI-FI are included. For toddlers there's a travel crib and toys.
