A cozy cottage by the lake in Karjalohja awaits you about an hour's drive from the Helsinki metropolitan area. The cottage has a living room, bedroom, sleeping alcove, hallway, dressing room and sauna (approx. 44m2). In addition, guests have access to a guest house with two separate small rooms and sleeping accommodations for up to three. At best, the cottage's facilities are used by 2-4 people during the winter months, but during the summer, even a larger group can fit. Here you can relax and enjoy your own peace.

Unique old railway station 70 km from Helsinki

The house is the former Mustio railway station. The new renessaince building was completed in 1873. We offer atmospheric, exotic accommodation for 8 people in Raasepori Mustio, 70km from Helsinki. You get the second apartment in the house completely for yourself or for your group. You can explore the history of the station. The freight trains run rarely on the track. There are woods, walking trails and K-Market 100m away. Mustion Ruukki Beach is 3.2km away. Mustio's famous castle is 3.7km away.

The idyllic cottage is located on the slope, in its own peace, surrounded by beautiful landscapes. You should arrive at the cottage via road 1030, NOT via Rakuunatorpantie = wrong route + big uphill). Children under 16 years old FREE (2 children, accompanied by an adult). UNFORTUNATELY, PETS ARE NOT WELCOME IN THE COTTAGE. In the midst of the energy crisis, the electric car charge is priced separately at 15e/day. Alternatively, report the electricity meter readings before and after your stay.

Compact beach cottage with room for 1-2 people, outdoor kitchen (running cold water), compost toilet, beach sauna with sauna and bathing. A boat, a lean-to, and a fire pit on the beach. Built in the late 19th century and expanded in the early 1950s, this beautiful and authentically simple small farmhouse is modern, bright and really easy to use. The house originally served as a cattleman's and later a farm manager's cottage on a nearby farm. The house has been maintained with respect for the old, combining beautiful old surfaces with modern and minimalist aesthetics and a sense of peace.

In the forests surrounding the cottage, you can hike, pick mushrooms and berries, and the scenic Lake Gölen is a kilometer away. The cottage is located near Billnäs Ruukki, and Fiskars Ruukkikylä with its restaurants and boutiques is also within cycling distance. The wood-heated traditional sauna, which is freely available to tenants, offers deep and humid saunas.

The covered terrace looks out across the Gulf of Finland, with direct beach access and space for outdoor meals. The resort offers a cave sauna, sports courts, and nature trails for guests to enjoy during their stay.
