Its right on the river, so always a cool breeze. Between 3 buildings, so always shade. Grate local restaurants in complex. Host was extremely responsive as well.

Located in a clean high rise building, this is a great place to stay with a side view of the river. Instructions are clear and the room is very clean with accessibility into the city being relatively easy with grab. One thing one should take into consideration, esp. those who are seeking long-term wfh, is the slower and inconsistent internet. As long as one is aware of that, it is a great overall value. Thanks!

I arrived late at night. Yodsakam met me personally to the apartment and explained key things. The property was clean and functional. The only disappointing aspect is the distance to either the BTS or MRT. However, this is adequately explained within the listing so shouldn't be a surprise. On the plus side the apartment is located on the top floor of the 27 Level Condo with an excellent view, the included gym and pool facilities are above average. If you like a nice quiet place to dray and you do not nerd to be close to the BTS or MRT then this place is ideal.

We immediately felt at home in Pornpan's apartment, which is at the same time cozy and functionally furnished. The spacious design, with two bedrooms and a dressing room, was quite accommodating. Communication with Pornpan was smooth and prompt, and we appreciated her warm welcome upon our arrival, where she kindly showed us around the apartment. The condominium is situated in a less touristy area right by the river, which we found particularly appealing. It was also convenient to get around using the Bolt app, making travel easy and efficient. We enjoyed visiting the nearby Mall Terminal 21, where we had the pleasure of trying out several street food options as well as dining at some of the lovely restaurants. We used the apartment as our base for various excursions and always looked forward to returning to our cozy "home”.
