Das Apartment liegt mitten im Grünen aber auch zentral, ca. 10-15 Autominuten von Lübeck und der Ostsee mit den Seebädern Travemünde und Timmendorfer Strand entfernt. Zum Bahnhof und Bus sind es ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß.

Die Wohnung verfügt über einen großen Schlafbereich im Dachgeschoss, eine mit Geschirrspüler und Backofen ausgestattete Küche, sowie über ein topmodernes Badezimmer mit großer Badewanne und Regendusche. Eine Waschmaschine steht zur Verfügung.

Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

Our vacation farm on Lake Hemmelsdorf is a nearly 200-year-old half-timbered house in Offendorf, a small village on Lake Hemmelsdorf not far from Timmendorfer Strand. After lovingly detailed renovation, 6 apartments in the style of terraced houses have been created. The apartment 4 on the garden side can accommodate 2-4 people. The sunny southwest terrace and the luxurious modern full equipment combined with antique elements create an extraordinary feel-good ambiance.

The result is four spacious, modern and exclusively equipped apartments. Enjoy the view over the Bay of Lübeck from the rooftop terrace of the Goldmädchen. The apartment has two bedrooms, a living/dining area with kitchen island, a bathroom, a sauna and a large roof terrace facing the sea.

As part of a two-family house, this apartment is small but cozy. Its 35 square meters include a kitchen-living room, a separate bedroom, and a spacious shower. The sofa bed makes it possible for three people to stay here, but we recommend only two guests. There is a free parking space on the property, and the wall box for charging electric cars can also be used for a fee. Beds are freshly made and towels are provided.
