Charming Home Close to Cork City

JeffRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Several of us were travelling together for a family wedding in the area and this house was a fantastic "home base" for us during our trip. The property is beautiful and fun to explore! The host was responsive and proactive in letting us know about any special conditions to be aware of. There was plenty of space for 3-4 separate groups with plentiful bedrooms each with their own bathroom. We would recommend this location to any larger sized group who wants to avoid hotel stays during their travels.

Corrin House - Amazing Views from a Modern Home

RoseRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Fermoy was the first stay of our journey through Ireland, and it was a beautiful one! Sean, and his brother Ricky, were more than accommodating and very responsive. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a warm fire after a long day of travel from the U.S. This home was about 30 minutes from Cobh - Kelly’s Bar, St. Colman’s Cathedral and Fota Wildlife and Blarney Stone. Sean also provided many recommendations for local food, shops and restaurants. We have since arrived in Dublin and miss Sean’s home and it’s tranquil, at home away from home feel, but then again, we are more of country people than city ones. What we found might be helpful is a visitors handbook or manual, i.e. how to use the laundry - these things were quickly and easily communicated through the Airbnb app but we thought that might be nice to have on hand if others might have similar questions. Truly, a wonderful, peaceful and beautiful stay in Fermoy! We would love to come back… Thank you very much, Sean!!

Perfect stay. Pristine renovation of this historic cottage. Our host Jim shared the history and gave great recommendations for the area and the rest of our journey. Very comfortable and full of thoughtful amenities. Would love to stay again if we get back to this area.
