Holiday rentals with beach access in Ratsada

I loved our stay here. Check in was smooth and the staff is very nice and responsive. We loved how close we were to a lot of the places we planned on visiting. The unit itself is beautiful and spacious and has everything you need for a long term stay. Highly recommend!!

Excellent apartment with incredible views, we had a fantastic stay from start to finish. Rourke was responsive and helpful, and sorted the small issue with no hot water in the apartment quickly. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to be located relatively close to Patong but away from the crowds. Amazing!

Have stayed at this property before with Zen as host. Such a good communicator and extremely helpful. Location & view very good. Short walk to town and all the fun of the night market. The food is great. Walking down the hill no issue and many Tuk Tuks available for trip up if needed.

Considering this is right smack back in the middle of Bangla Road, you don't hear a thing once in the room. Brilliant location and really good apartment if you want to be central to everything. Alex was a great host too with clear check in instructions and was always quick to reply with any questions I had. Very helpful and he made the whole process a breeze. I would recommend staying here.

perfect stay! Room was super clean and they even cleaned it randomly halfway which we really appreciated. It was at a perfect location but on the first day it was hard to find since the address on airbnb is not accurate, follow the location they’ll give you instead ! They even upgraded our room which was so nice. It has everything you need you can even book all your excursions through them. I will definitely be back some day !

I had an amazing time at this property. The place is conveniently located to shopping malls, seven 11 and not to far out to explore other parts of phuket as well. The cherry on top is the most amazing host who has been very responsive and helpful throughout my stay from the moment i made the booking. I highly recommend this little gem in phuket and hope to visit again soon.

We were looking for a very peaceful yet spacious space with an amazing view. This home was a perfect fit. We had an amazing time overall. Incredible views. Very responsive and friendly staff. The place was easy to live in with all essentials and some extras provided (for eg an after sunburn gel - I didn’t know I’d need it but I did). The area itself is quite good with lots going on but without the massive crowds. Would highly recommend. 2 things to note: 1. Pls take the stairs required to reach the place & back to the main road into consideration, it’s equal to about 5 stories of a normal building so getting out is definitely challenging. The listing is honest about it. 2. The main living room’s walls are a bit thin so you can hear people outside (only happened 2 times in 4 days since the place is ultra isolated, so not an issue for us).

Highly recommend a stay here for your vacation or travel in Phuket, Alexandre the host was always responsive and respectfully. The property is as listed on the photos and is very beautiful and private with an amazing indoor pool and beach access right infront . Me and my friend had a wonderfull time here, hope the next guests also find themselves at home when traveling Phuket . Thank you Alexandre .

I had the pleasure of staying at this lovely spot, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The space itself was spotless and very comfortable, it was clear that a lot of thought and care went into making it cosy and inviting. The overall atmosphere was relaxing, and I truly enjoyed my time here. Highly recommend!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour en couple dans une de ces villas dont l'emplacement est absolument parfait. Le logement se trouve au bout d'une route à 3minutes de la plage, entouré de collines et d'arbres. L'environnement est très calme, ça a été extrêmement agréable tout au long de notre séjour. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter si nous devons séjourner à Phuket une nouvelle fois. Merci pour tout

This was a clean and pleasant stay! Relatively convenient and well priced compared to other equivalent lodging (if you have a car). The rooms and kitchen were well equipped with necessities. Recommended to stay!

Hello everyone! This is my second stay at Madame Dariin's Homestay. For two months, like last year, the stay was perfect. The accommodation is simply magnificent, located at the end of a flower-filled courtyard, you'll be very peaceful. The accommodation is perfect and contains everything you need: a living room, a kitchen, a bed in a very comfortable bedroom, and a shower that would make hotels jealous, haha. Madame Dariin is the ultimate host: kind, smiling, helpful, kind and lovely ! She is always reachable in case of a problem or for information. She also offers plenty of activities and knows a lot of places worth visiting. Having been in a car accident, Madame Dariin was even there to help me and guide me through the process. I was even given a Tupperware container filled with delicious food :)! Madame Dariin is more than just a host; she's a true mother, and she does everything she can to make you feel like at home! Our stay at this appartment was absolutely incredible! It was wonderfully large, spacious, and clean – a true sanctuary. The location is simply amazing, a peaceful pastoral setting right in front of a lake, and few minutes away from a beautiful beach. It was the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. We loved being able to take a short drive to explore all the tourist attractions and then return to the peaceful calm of our apartment. We highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a truly relaxing and rejuvenating getaway!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist phantastisch und war ideal für uns als Familie mit zwei Kindern. Heinz war leider nicht vor Ort aber jederzeit per Mail erreichbar. Ar hat uns die Wohnung gezeigt und stand ebenfalls für alle Fragen zur Verfügung. Die Lage ist hervorragend und der Strand nur wenige Meter entfernt und sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Ort ist eher überschaubar mit netten Restaurants und ein paar von den üblichen Geschäften für Touristen. Wer mehr Trubel möchte, kann für etwa 200 Bath mit dem Taxi zum Kata Beach oder dem dortigen Nachtmarkt fahren. Letzteres lohnt sich in jedem Fall. Direkt im Ort können Ausflüge gebucht werden, was meiner Einschätzung nach günstiger ist als eine online-Buchung. Wir waren als Familie sehr zufrieden und können einen Aufenthalt uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen!

Remote seaside retreat with beautiful view and access to good restaurants and night market. Excellent hosts. Fully stocked apartment with everything we could ask for and more. Definitely recommend for a quick weekend getaway.

Der Check-In war einfach und schnell. Die Rezeptionisten waren super hilfsbereit bei allen Fragen. Die Wohnung ist sogar noch größer als Sie auf den Fotos aussieht, insgesamt ein super Aufenthalt!

This apartment is amazing and the host Selly, easily the best Airbnb host I’ve ever experienced. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything and nothing was a problem. The apartment itself is immaculate. Anyone who reviews otherwise is simply not telling the truth. I’d stay here again and recommend it to anyone in a heartbeat.

Chonnacha is truly incredible such a kind person. And Jep was equally caring and beyond professional. The property is stunning, the view is breathtaking, the location is so private but also very close to the beach and local shops. The property has an amazing feeling and energy, and I felt so safe there. It is truly value for money and people should book this place because it is an unforgettable experience.

Very nice place. Bowie was very helpful. The appartment was very clean, with all the necessary equipment. The pool is cool, and you have all kind of shops and stores nearby. I recommend !
