We loved the apartment and Laguna area. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The unit we stayed in was different than the one pictured. We stayed in a unit on the ground floor, just steps away from the pool! Being so close to the pool was a huge bonus for our kids. Everything at the apartment and pool area was well-maintained. We do recommend renting a car. We rented one and enjoyed easily driving ourselves to the beach access (it was too far to walk for our small children). The Laguna location is also ideal because we were only 5 minutes from amazing restaurants (our favorite was Bake) and convenient grocery stores. The hosts made check-in easy and responded when we had questions. Thankful for a relaxing getaway!

Perfect stay after coming in the from the airport!

Great place in the heart of Kamala beach. The space was very big and could easily accommodate 6+ people. The rooftop was a plus.

The overall atmosphere was relaxed, staff friendly and always ready to help, The expectations were met exactly as expected. The location is in a key position, at walking distance from all sorts of amenities, anything you possibly need, restaurants, supermarkets, services, and Nai Harn beach.

We stayed in this apartment for three weeks, and would certainly stay more :) The apartment was quiet and cozy, perfect for 2 people. I’d highly recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants to relax and spend their best time on Phuket.

Dmitry's condo at The Park Surin was a fantastic stay during our 6 weeks in Surin. The unit is exactly as the photos show, had all the amenities, and was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The second bathroom was recently renovated and the entire unit was very clean. The location is on a hill (which provides a nice view of Bang Tao beach and the hills of Surin). You can easily walk to Surin beach area with restaurants and shops, but highly recommend renting a scooter as it is a short ride to Bang Tao with another beautiful beach and even more shopping and food options. Communication was a breeze, Dmitry was always responsive and helpful. For example, the renovations were not quite complete when we arrived, so Dmitry put us in the penthouse unit for the first two days at his own cost! The unit was so comfortable that it made it difficult to leave when our trip ended, and we would definitely stay again next time we are in Surin!

Loved our stay at this very quiet condo. It is right in the centre of Karon which makes it easy to get around. It is close to lots of shops, restaurants and massage places. The best part however is that while being so central it is setback from the main road which makes it very quiet and peaceful. The condo itself is very clean and well maintained by the stafg on a daily basis. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a minorvissue with the toilet and someone was up to look at within 5 minutes od my call. It was fixed in no time which was fantastic. The only odd thing about the place is that the second bedroom does not have any lights. I used a lamp from the living room so that I could see at night. Overall this place is fantaatic and I would stay here again and again.

Great stay, host communication was awesome. Motorbike comes with stay and after I was shown how to use it, it was super easy. Really enjoyed, thanks Amin!

Super nice hosts, easy check in. There are great restaurants nearby and the beach is also within walking distance. Great location also right on the airport.

If i could give more than 5 stars I would , definitely give this Air BNB , 10 stars . Everything right from the check in , until the day we checked out we felt comfortable and at ease . Regret for only booking 10 days , the next time will stay for a month .The host was very accommodating to our needs . Also they cleaned our room every day and kept clean linen for us . We felt more at home here , and not to forget the pool which was always warm and clean. Thank you for your hospitality, we will be seeing you again .

Super nice apartment! Exactly as shown in the pictures:) Everyone was very friendly! Only the location needs to be considered! So either rent a scooter or be prepared to take a taxi or similar for every route. However, the café is a good and delicious option right outside the door:)

We travelled there with my elderly parents, so the 2BR apartment was a great match for our group. There were a few minor inconveniences (bathroom smell, a few ants), but they weren't critical for us. Olga helped us with instructions, check-in, check-out, and gave great recommendations regarding our further trip to Singapore.

Had a great stay at this location. The host was very nice and helpful. The unit is large and very comfortable with an oversized bedroom and bathroom and a great outside deck. We stay at this condo building frequently when visiting the Karon area of Phuket.

Sincerely enjoyed my stay here! They made me feel so special by leaving me beautiful birthday gifts at check in and continued to above and beyond to make my stay a memorable one!

I recently stayed at this Airbnb and had a mixed experience. The apartment was nice, cozy, and very clean, with a pleasant atmosphere that made for a comfortable stay. However, I encountered significant issues with communication. The host was very delayed in their responses, which became a major inconvenience. After traveling for eight hours, I had to wait on the road for three hours before checking in. This was extremely frustrating. The location listed on the platform was incorrect, adding to the confusion. The host mentioned they had complained to Airbnb about this issue but claimed no action had been taken. I’m unsure if this was an oversight by Airbnb or the host, but it certainly affected my experience. Fortunately, Airbnb support eventually stepped in to resolve the situation, but the delays and confusion were quite irritating. I hope these issues can be addressed for future guests.

Stayed at Joe’s place for 12 nights in October 2024. Joe and Stefania were great hosts and very responsive and helpful throughout. Once we confirmed our booking, Joe sent me a very useful information pack on property and usefully tips. The apartment is one of the bigger apartments in the Chava “resort” and was ample size for our family of 4…… huge homely living area and two separate bedroom areas with en suites so our teenagers had own space. The apartment is very well equipped and has some nice touches like boogie boards that the kids enjoyed using at the beautiful Surin beach which is across the road. Chava resort is very peaceful with relaxing pool. We also enjoyed using the gym at the twin palms next door. We love the area, nestled between Kamala and Bang Tao…… it felt safe to walk around and nice selection of coffee shops and restaurants, easy to get a taxi or tuktuk to explore area or hire car. Thank you again for great hosting and would recommend your apartment to anyone!

Good location and very close the the beach.

I enjoyed my stay. The apartment is well kept. The building has a pool with a beautiful view, and a modest, but nicely equipped gym. I loved being between Surin and Bang Tao beaches. Also, the area has great food and entertainment. I would book again.

Nice apartment located in a quiet area behind a village. The photos and description give a good idea. Everything worked well, including the air conditioning, fridge and water heater. Nice little pool, big enough to do a little exercise and cool off. The apartment was cleaned every day, the linen and bedding every two or three days. Tom communicates very well, is discreet and available.

We had a wonderful month staying at Tatiana’s apartment! The flat is fully equipped for a comfortable stay, and we particularly appreciated the ample storage space and the powerful microwave. The condominium itself offers various pools and a gym. Right across the entrance, there’s an excellent massage spot, a cozy café, and a 7/11 nearby. There’s plenty of parking, and the beach is also close, with vendors selling food, smoothies, and fresh fruit. The host was very kind, and our communication was warm and friendly.

His recommendations have undoubtedly diversified our relaxation. Evgeny knows everything! And where to go, and where is the best prices, and which shops to choose. In general, following his recommendations, you can not only save time on meaningless searches, but also protect your budget with empty expenses! We recommend Evgenia and his amazing apartment! New, clean, huge, with a great view of the sea and Karon beach! We really liked the location of the apartment. In a secluded, quiet place, but at the same time close to all the grassy, entertainment places by caron. A quiet walk 10 minutes walk to the beach! Just gorgeous. And just a few minutes to the noisy life of the caron. The apartments are equipped with the latest technology. A gorgeous induction stove, a microwave, a large fridge. The dishes are all available, we only had enough for three. Knowing from Evgeny the best prices and shops, we always cooked breakfasts themselves, sometimes lunches and dinners. A large TV, cable TV, 600 channels, there are several Russian channels, including the first, a huge condo, so even in the hottest weather it will be comfortable! The internet is beyond all praise. For all our gadgets, at the same time all family members, it was enough with a piece of quality and speed!!!! You can talk about your stay at Evgeny's place for a very long time, in one word everything is wonderful and super! Evgenia, keep it up! Thank you so much from me and our family!
