We would highly recommend this spot. The location is perfect. Easy 2-minute walk to the gondola and downtown. The space was very nice and very clean. The host was very responsive. Our family loved it!

Stayed for three nights as a base camp for hiking in the area. Exactly as described, cosy and simple accommodation, basic amenities, no surprises and Hilde was very quick to respond to a few questions we had.

Nice place, plenty of room for a family and a perfect base for short hikes in the surrounding mountains. We were a bit surprised by the cat that lives in the flat and comes miaowing for food and company every now and then.

Staying at Eirik’s home was truly an exceptional experience. The house was immaculate, cozy, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The stunning view from the living room felt like our own slice of paradise, we often found ourselves just pausing to take it all in. What made our stay even more memorable was meeting Eirik in person before check-in. He was warm, kind, and genuinely welcoming. He took the time to show us around, made sure we felt completely at home, and answered all our questions with care. Throughout our stay, he remained thoughtful, prompt, and responsive, always checking in to ensure we had everything we needed. Hosts like Eirik are rare. His attention to detail and remarkable hospitality turned a great stay into an unforgettable one. If I could give a million stars, I would. Don’t hesitate to book, you’ll be so glad you did! Vi var ca 15 stk fra 12 mnd til 80 år på tur, og ca halvparten elsket villaen. En del av de andre syns det ble litt i groveste laget, så anbefaler de som vil booke å sjekke bilder og beskrivelser. Jeg elsker hus med sjel - og det har dette huset i bøtter og lass. Og det er god sammenheng mellom hva som loves og hva du får, men det er ikke en strøken leilighet fra 2015. Masse turmuligheter i relativ nærhet, fred og ro for sjel og kropp gjorde dette til en herlig helg. Takk for oss.

Het is een zeer groot huis, veel ruimte, grote keuken met zit gedeelte en via het kleine trapje nog 2 heerlijke zitgedeeltes met 2 hoek banken met prachtig uitzicht op de bergen. De slaapkamers zijn ook groot en een heerlijke badkamer met groot bad. Het is gelegen in een rustige woonwijk, van het kleine appartement onderin het huis merk je vrijwel niets. Verderop nog een voetbalveld en speelveld. In de omgeving voldoende mooie tripjes te maken. Kortom, van harte aan te bevelen!!!

I had a wonderful time in the grey house. It looks exactly like on the pictures and is rather spacious. The location is excellent if you want to explore the surrounding area, most of all the Romsdalseggen. The kitchen is extremely well equipped so you will be able to cook (almost) anything you want. The living room is quite cozy and a nice place to hang out after a long day. The only blemish on this experience is that Emilie seemed to have forgotten me. I did not receive any instructions prior to the check-in time, only after I made two inquiries, and the welcome note in the apartment welcomed someone else. Once I did manage to reach her, however, Emilie was very open and forthcoming. I am sure it was just an unfortunate situation.

Heel fijn huis om een paar dagen met de hond te verblijven. Prachtig uitzicht vanuit het huis! En we hadden een goed contact met de eigenaren, die ons allerlei tips hebben gegeven voor mooie wandelingen in de omgeving. Echt een aanrader!

Jogeir's hytta is located between Trollstigen and Geiranger. You need to hop on Eidsdal-Linge ferry to cross fjord to reach here, but its very convient, just takes 15 mins and available till late night with good frequency. The surroundings are calm and beautiful and there are lot of good places to visit by car. We were 2 families (4 adults 3 kids) visited by electric cars, hosts was kind to allow us to charge the car. Hosts were very helpful and quickly responding. Place can easily accomodate upto 4 families. Everything you need is available in hytta. Finding the place using google maps was easy and there is enough parking space. I would recommend this place to future visitors. If I ever visit the nearby areas I will rent the place again.

We spent almost 10 days with Lene and Lars. Lars was very responsive to all our requests. The house is beautifully located next to the forest and at the foot of the mountains in a quiet neighborhood. The house is spacious, clean and has a jacuzzi where we could relax after a day in the mountains! The house is fully equipped as this is their first home and we were able to find everything we needed to enjoy our stay. For the next occupants, expect to arrive at someone's home, with their personal belongings, and not at a normal “functional” airbnb, which has many advantages :) thanks for the stay!

Wir haben uns bei Henriette sehr wohl gefühlt. Super, sind die tollen Wanderwege in der Umgebung. Unsere drei Jungs haben sich riesig über die Pferde, Schafe, Katzen und Hunde in der Nachbarschaft gefreut. Die Gastgeberin ist super nett, gastfreundlich und bemüht. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben und den Fotos entsprechend.

Die Unterkunft entsprach meinen Erwartungen vollkommen, wer die Ruhe sucht ist hier am richtigen Ort. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sehr gemütlich und sauber. Frode der Vermieter, den ich persönlich kennen lernte, ist sehr sympatisch und offen. Er hat mir Tipps für Ausflüge in der Nähe gegeben und konnte mir jede Frage beantworten. Ich hatte das Gefühl bei einem Freund zu wohnen um nicht bei einem Fremden. Ich kann nur positives berichten. Danke Frode!
