The Villa is a fully renovated 275 m2 stone mansion. The ground floor consists of the kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom and a cellar where a washing machine is at your disposal. 1st floor: Two bedrooms equipped with a 160 x 200 bed and storage (wardrobe, closet or dresser) and an office with a double bed and a TV. 2nd floor: A bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower and a TV lounge with a large bed and a desk.

A sleeping area on a mezzanine has a 160/200 bed. The living room and kitchen are bathed in light. The Gîte is in the heart of the vineyards (St Emilion 8 km, Entre 2 Mers...) but also at the gates of the Dordogne and Lot et Garonne.
