Alessandra was extremely friendly and helpful, providing a lot of local recommendations and facts about Ravenna. She explained everything thoroughly and was very responsive whenever we had any questions. The place really felt like home and would be perfect for a couple like us or friends/family, it was very quiet and a short walk to the station. There were supermarkets nearby and some beautiful places to visit. The washing machine was really helpful and the kitchen had everything necessary. Bathroom was spacious and clean and the bedroom was absolutely perfect, comfortable bed and a big wardrobe for all your stuff. The TV had everything you need for a wind down in the evening. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Gorgeous place, tastefully decorated with beautiful lighting and 5 star ambience. Gotti was kind enough to pick us up and drive us to the apartment due to the ZTL zone of the home. Still very convenient and walkable to the car and the historic area was quiet and tranquil. Best Airbnb we’ve had, just wish we stayed longer.

Très bon accueil de Stefano. L’appartement était d’une propreté impeccable, la literie est excellente, et le quartier est très calme. Une place de parking est disponible dans le sous sol de l’immeuble ce qui est très appréciable. Compter 20 bonnes minutes à pied pour rejoindre le centre historique de Ravenne, en traversant le quartier de la gare.

Bellissimo appartamento comodo e pulito. Siamo stati benissimo in quattro. Una zona vicinissima al centro. Posto auto riservato molto comodo. L’appartamento è moderno e si vede tenuto con grande cura 10 su 10.

Amazing place! Beautiful apartment with an incredible balcony overlooking the hillside and the sea. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend Federico’s place.

Wonderfully kind and accommodating hosts. The apartment was bright and airy, has a lovely courtyard below, and was in the center of everything. Even with great windows, there’s some sound from the people below until midnight some evenings, but that’s to be expected in this terrific location. A suggestion so you don’t repeat my error: read. the. entire. description. —don’t just look at the photos. If you’re traveling solo or with another person, both bedrooms aren’t necessarily at your disposal unless you communicate with the hosts. I messed up and they were extremely gracious, helpful and quick in sorting it out. Super nice people! I have a few favorite places to stay in Ravenna and this has been added to the list! Definitely recommend and hope to stay here again.

We loved this apartment! It was roomy, immaculately clean, and very comfortable. The bed was large and comfortable, there was space to store everything, plenty of hot water, and a nice shower. We did a little bit of laundry, and the washing machine was easy to use. Best of all we were practically next-door to the Teatro Alighieri, where we decided to see a children’s version of Verdi‘s Falstaff, which was delightful! These lucky young Italian children will grow up with a cultural background. The mosaics in Ravenna are magnificent! They are equaled only by the best that I saw in Sicily. We enjoyed chatting with Sylvia. It was a short walk to everything we wanted to see. Thank you, Sylvia!

Logement tout à fait conforme aux photos et à l'annonce, très spacieux et propre. Cadre paisible et très agréable. Gianluca et sa famille sont des gens charmants. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Svegliarsi al mattino nel completo relax,lontano dal caos quotidiano,immersi nella natura é stata un’esperienza indescrivibile!L’alloggio è confortevole e dotato di tutti i comfort ! Antonella e suo marito sono delle persone eccezionali,cordiali,premurose e con un gran senso di ospitalità! Antonella ci ha deliziato ogni mattina con la sua colazione,tutta home made! Che dire…consiglio vivamente questo alloggio!

Our stay was quite pleasant. The location was great and easy to walk to from the train station. There were constructions happening on the main streets around the flat which caused some inconvenience but wasn’t too bad. Our only complaint is that the blanket bedding was uncomfortable, thin, and felt like a plastic throw. We mentioned it to the host and hopefully they will improve for future tenants. Overall we liked staying there!!

We stayed two nights to visit Bologna. The apartment is excellent for that matter because it is close to the city center and you can easily do everything by foot. We had a really lovely stay, the apartment was well-equipped and had everything you might need. Highlights of our trip were the recommendations by our host Caterina, she really made our day by giving very good tips on restaurants. From the beginning, she made us feel really welcome and is definitely among the best host we’ve ever had. We really had a great time there!

Sehr schöne, geräumige Wohnung, sehr gut ausgestattet und gut gelegen für Stadterkundungen. Bester Eisladen der Stadt nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Und das Highlight ist der Balkon, auf dem sich morgens ein Kaffee in der Sonne genießen lässt.

Nicola’s place was very central for visiting Bologna. We walked to the apartment from the train station and walked from there to the main attractions and San Luca. Lots of bars around close by but walk a bit further and some lovely restaurants. Flexible check in and Nicola met us on arrival and explained everything. Quite a big apartment and very secure.

The unit is very clean and nice. There was construction in front of the building but it was still easy to access and very close to garage. Easy 10-15 minutes walk to the vibrant restaurant and cafe scene.

Die Wohnung hat unsere Erwartungen voll und ganz erfüllt! Sie ist wirklich schön eingerichtet und hat einen gewissen Altbaucharme :) Jonathan ist ein super lieber Vermieter, er hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben und die Kommunikation lief immer reibungslos. Der Pool ist an heißen Tagen ein besonderes Extra und auch die Nachbarn, mit denen man sich den Pool teilt, sind sehr freundlich und lieb! Wir würden jederzeit wieder hierhin kommen :)

We had a great stay. Fantastic location, Katia was proactive and helpful throughout. Arrival instructions were clear, but I missed a step - response was speedy sending me photos to show me what to do. House bigger than we expected. Very quiet, good facilities and as described. Shared swimming pool, but it was big, well maintained and never crowded. Would thoroughly recommend.

Super Unterkunft, noch schöner als auf den Bildern und mit sehr herzlichen und hilfsbereiten Gastgebern :) Das stattliche Anwesen ist wunderschön gelegen mit vielen Tieren und herrlichen Blick über die Ebene. Das ganze Casentino Valley ist gut mit dem Fahrrad, Bahn oder Auto zu erreichen. Besonders Freundlich war es für uns Unterstützung von den Gastgebern bei der An-und Abreise mit dem Zug zu erhalten und Fährräder für Unternehmumg vor Ort zur Verfügung gestellt zu bekommen. Leider war das Wetter Anfang Mai nicht so gut, aber sonst alles einfach wunderschön! Vielen Dank!

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful. They truly made us feel at home and the accommodations felt cozy, comfortable, and private, fitting with a relaxing Tuscan country vacation. Our cooking class was by far the best and most in depth we’ve had and the same goes for the winery tour. You can tell every person involved is passionate about their part of the agrotourismo experience. The restaurant was also one of the best meals of our trip and the cozy setting by the fire in fall was the perfect vibe. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a nice relaxing stay out of the city.
