Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Ravenna

Honestly, Deborah was the perfect host for several reasons. Beyond being incredibly kind and understanding, she really tuned into what I needed. I mentioned that this was my first time in a town like this and that I was hoping to hibernate for a few days, and her place felt like the perfect fit. She went above and beyond to make the check-in process smooth, even offering to pick me up from the train station and take me to the grocery store—on a Sunday, no less, when most places were closed and options were limited. Her home was serene, even more beautiful than the photos, and I immediately felt safe and at ease in the neighbourhood. I also loved how central it was to most things, like a spa, fruit/vegetable store, cafes, restaurants and convenience stores. In a world that often feels like it’s growing less kind, Deborah truly understands the heart of hospitality. :)

Clean tidy and peaceful studio, well-equipped and close to the centre of Ravenna. Lots of suggestions and information available.

Carla was great. Carla and Stefano met us in person and walked us through the house. This worked much better than our other Airbnbs which we stayed at. Casa Vittoria was very clean and had plenty of cutlery, glasses and dishes. Overall it was a great stay.

We had such a great stay at this lovely home! We were only there for two nights, but everything was cozy, clean, and super comfortable. When we had a little trouble figuring out how to unlock the door, the hosts were quick to help us out — they were so kind and patient. To top it off, they even left us some snacks, which was such a thoughtful touch after a long day of travel. We really appreciated their hospitality and would definitely stay here again!

The check-in was flexible and Simone was very responsive. The apartment is new and was very clean. We stayed only 1 night, but we could've easily spent more nights at Simone's place.

A place very suitable for our needs, quiet, close to a park , a supermarket and 20 minutes from the city center!!! Lots of storage and well-equipped, a pleasant terrace.... in short, we loved it and will be back with pleasure.

We were very well hosted by Cinzia. the accommodation is functional, practical and large and we had a good stay. the accommodation, although it is in the city, was relatively quiet. In addition, you have access to the historic city center 15 minutes' walk and the sea 15 minutes' drive. You can also do your shopping on foot. The only small drawback is parking in the street because of the many customers of the gym, which is opposite, who park all around the subdivision but with perseverance, you can find a place.

We stayed here for 2 nights so we could visit the Unesco sites and mosaics. The apartment was within walking distance to these and many restaurants/cafes. Cecilia greeted us at the apartment, told us about the area and sent a list of recommended restaurants. The apartment was clean with a well equipped kitchen and they had even left us water, juice and yogurts in the fridge which was a nice touch. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic apartment in a beautiful location with close links to Ravenna, Argenta & Bologna. The apartment space was very clean and tidy and was peaceful and quiet in the evenings. Our host was very helpful and responsive. We highly recommend staying here and hope to visit again soon.

Our stay at Alessandra’s apt was perfect. It was more spacious and even nicer than the photos suggested. Well located, easy private parking, clean, quiet, convenient to everything. Her information brochure was better than visiting the Ravenna tourist office. Highly recommended, great find.

Sweet, easy amd nice place

The house is in a great location, both for visiting Ravenna on foot and for reaching the surroundings by car. There is a large free parking lot in front. The house is spacious, welcoming, clean and equipped with all comforts. Maria Antonietta is an impeccable, kind, helpful and very caring host. He gave us valuable tips for our visit to the city and advice on restaurants. On the day of arrival, she waited for us to welcome us personally, despite the fact that we were very late due to heavy traffic on the highway, and despite the fact that we had precise and detailed instructions for checking in independently. We were two friends on vacation and we couldn't have expected a better welcome and accommodation. If I return to Ravenna, it will always be my point of reference. Our stay in Teodorano was simply fantastic! The accommodation is super nice, cozy and furnished with a lot of love for detail – you immediately feel comfortable. Antonella, our host, was totally warm and made us feel immediately welcome with her open manner. Her husband was also super helpful and supported us with everything – both are just wonderful people. And best of all, Antonella is a fantastic chef! As a surprise, she even gave us something delicious for the onward journey – such a lovely gesture! We really enjoyed the time there and would definitely come back. Absolutely recommend!

Sara's apartment is large and comfortable, and having two bathrooms available is fantastic. Sara was very kind and helpful, we had a great time. She also left us a cake made by her (delicious), a thought that we really appreciated. Highly recommended!

The accommodation is close to shops so it is very convenient. There is always a place to park, it is a luxury. After the visits, we can go to the beach very quickly. Our host is always available and at our disposal to answer questions. No difficulty entering the apartment, everything is simple thanks to his explanations. It's clean and spacious. For a short stay in Ravenna, you can rent with your eyes closed. We are very happy.

The house is clean and cozy, as my daughter said "it feels like home", very well-stocked, in the center, we did not miss anything and we had a great time. We have never had any difficulty parking near the entrance, but there is no shortage of parking spaces in the vicinity. Paola is very courteous and very attentive to the guest and we thank her very much.

Wonderfully kind and accommodating hosts. The apartment was bright and airy, has a lovely courtyard below, and was in the center of everything. Even with great windows, there’s some sound from the people below until midnight some evenings, but that’s to be expected in this terrific location. A suggestion so you don’t repeat my error: read. the. entire. description. —don’t just look at the photos. If you’re traveling solo or with another person, both bedrooms aren’t necessarily at your disposal unless you communicate with the hosts. I messed up and they were extremely gracious, helpful and quick in sorting it out. Super nice people! I have a few favorite places to stay in Ravenna and this has been added to the list! Definitely recommend and hope to stay here again.
