Lovely spacious apartment, clean and comfortable and everything you could need

Clean tidy and peaceful studio, well-equipped and close to the centre of Ravenna. Lots of suggestions and information available.

My girlfriend and I stayed there for two nights, unfortunately we went back to work right away. But it is a really comfortable accommodation both for the location in the center, for the cleanliness and for the friendliness of Patrick. Everything is very nice

Beautiful house, calm, quiet, homely. Very responsive and friendly host family. Great situation. And a bonus was the fresh plums!

Carla was great. Carla and Stefano met us in person and walked us through the house. This worked much better than our other Airbnbs which we stayed at. Casa Vittoria was very clean and had plenty of cutlery, glasses and dishes. Overall it was a great stay.

Francesco was super helpful. Place was as described. Walkable from train station. Steps away from a laundromat (apt does have a washer a machine) and a cafe pretty much next door. It was perfect for our one night stay prior to our cruise sailing out of Ravenna.

Paolo's home is a little gem. We had a great time, a stone's throw from the center and all the monuments. I'd say perfect. 100% recommended

Very convenient location at walking distance from all the main sights, the house was perfectly clean and beautifully decorated. Perfect for families with a baby or toddler like us as the house is equipped with a travel cot, highchair, and microwave. We found free parking available at the property. A little extra city tax has to be paid after booking (we paid €1.60 per person, per night), as stated in the listing. Communication with the host was a little more complex than usual as you get in touch with a property agent at first, and only after an online check-in are you given the host's phone number, whom you have to contact to receive information on how to access the apartment. Apart from this extra step, the host and agent were both very courteous and answered all questions. All in all, a 5-star stay!

A place very suitable for our needs, quiet, close to a park , a supermarket and 20 minutes from the city center!!! Lots of storage and well-equipped, a pleasant terrace.... in short, we loved it and will be back with pleasure.

We were very well hosted by Cinzia. the accommodation is functional, practical and large and we had a good stay. the accommodation, although it is in the city, was relatively quiet. In addition, you have access to the historic city center 15 minutes' walk and the sea 15 minutes' drive. You can also do your shopping on foot. The only small drawback is parking in the street because of the many customers of the gym, which is opposite, who park all around the subdivision but with perseverance, you can find a place.

We stayed here for 2 nights so we could visit the Unesco sites and mosaics. The apartment was within walking distance to these and many restaurants/cafes. Cecilia greeted us at the apartment, told us about the area and sent a list of recommended restaurants. The apartment was clean with a well equipped kitchen and they had even left us water, juice and yogurts in the fridge which was a nice touch. We would definitely stay here again.

We were guests of Franca and Gian Luigi, who are two very hospitable and helpful people. The house is very spacious and clean in a convenient area, supermarket, bar, clubs and self-service laundry within walking distance. They also provided us with bicycles and a varied breakfast. Highly recommended

Our stay at Alessandra’s apt was perfect. It was more spacious and even nicer than the photos suggested. Well located, easy private parking, clean, quiet, convenient to everything. Her information brochure was better than visiting the Ravenna tourist office. Highly recommended, great find.

Manuela’s apartment was very spacious. Perfectly located to allow easy access to all the attractions. Especially nice to be able to walk in the evenings to all the restaurants. Very nice to have on site parking.

The house is in a great location, both for visiting Ravenna on foot and for reaching the surroundings by car. There is a large free parking lot in front. The house is spacious, welcoming, clean and equipped with all comforts. Maria Antonietta is an impeccable, kind, helpful and very caring host. He gave us valuable tips for our visit to the city and advice on restaurants. On the day of arrival, she waited for us to welcome us personally, despite the fact that we were very late due to heavy traffic on the highway, and despite the fact that we had precise and detailed instructions for checking in independently. We were two friends on vacation and we couldn't have expected a better welcome and accommodation. If I return to Ravenna, it will always be my point of reference. Ideal apartment for visiting Ravenna. It is a 10-minute walk from the city center. Perfectly equipped and clean, it has everything you need for a pleasant stay and even more. Giorgia is a very attentive and caring host. We'll be happy to go back to this place. Thank you.

The house is clean and cozy, as my daughter said "it feels like home", very well-stocked, in the center, we did not miss anything and we had a great time. We have never had any difficulty parking near the entrance, but there is no shortage of parking spaces in the vicinity. Paola is very courteous and very attentive to the guest and we thank her very much.

Wonderfully kind and accommodating hosts. The apartment was bright and airy, has a lovely courtyard below, and was in the center of everything. Even with great windows, there’s some sound from the people below until midnight some evenings, but that’s to be expected in this terrific location. A suggestion so you don’t repeat my error: read. the. entire. description. —don’t just look at the photos. If you’re traveling solo or with another person, both bedrooms aren’t necessarily at your disposal unless you communicate with the hosts. I messed up and they were extremely gracious, helpful and quick in sorting it out. Super nice people! I have a few favorite places to stay in Ravenna and this has been added to the list! Definitely recommend and hope to stay here again.

Beautiful, well-kept and very clean apartment, equipped with everything you need. The central location allows you to comfortably explore Marina di Ravenna on foot, without the need for a car - a great advantage, given that parking in the surrounding area can be difficult to find, especially in the summer periods of greater affluence.
