Relax in this quiet and stylish accommodation. Located next to the Alpes Mancelles, the listening forest. 10 minutes from Saint-Léonard-des-Bois and Saint-Ceneri Enjoy the quietness of the countryside close to town (5 minutes from Alençon). The accommodation includes 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a living/dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a terrace with its living room and dining area. Parking in front of the accommodation allowing several vehicles to be parked. Petanque court with games provided.

Lavender Cottage, Ravigny

Lavender cottage is set in the heart of the Mayenne countryside, close by the Alpes Mancelles, peaceful and quiet, with great walks on your doorstep, and a big garden to explore. Your host is English, resident in France and living next door, therefore there to help you every stage if required. I have been hosting on other platforms in the past and this is a new venture for me with Airbnb. The house has a long driveway so plenty of places to park, smart TV and is incredibly safe and secure.

Single-story house, comfortable, all necessary amenities. 3 bedrooms, shower, separate toilet. The kitchen opens to the living room, creating a friendly and bright living space. Two terraces, garden, barbecue. The driveway can accommodate 4 vehicles, 1 garage available on request. The closed gate provides additional security. Close to shops: bakery, Carrefour market, doctors: 2-minute walk. Alençon city center is 1 km away. Le Mans 45 minutes by highway.

Characterful house in a small country town, fully restored in 2024, located 10 min from Alençon, 8 min from the Leclerc center, 7 min from Carrefour Market, 15 min from the Mancelle Alps, and about forty minutes from Le Mans. On the ground floor a dining room with wood stove, a toilet, a fitted kitchen and a large master suite with a 180 bed as well as a private shower room, upstairs a TV lounge as well as 2 bedrooms with 140 bed and a shower room + toilet.

Apolline's house

La Maison d'Apolline is a charming little house located in Lassay-les-Châteaux, 1.2 miles from the Château de Lassay and 9.3 miles from Bagnoles-de-l'Orne, Normandy (a 15-minute drive). The house is composed of a ground floor (entrance, mezzanine, living room, dining area and kitchen) and a floor (bedroom and bathroom) fully equipped and offering free wifi. The metal staircase is central. The decoration is neat. The equipment is rather high-end.
