The villa is located at the entrance of a small village, St Aubin de Cadelech. The large garden, terrace and pool offer a tremendous view of the area. The lively town of Eymet is nearby, offering some nice bars and restaurants. The area has a lot of green to go walking, running, or biking. Great vineyards nearby.

A bubble of calm in the middle of the Purple Perigord. The studio, with a separate entrance, is soothing and quiet, and is bathed in light. In the morning, the birds of the nearby forest will greet you. From the terrace, you can admire our 100-year-old walnut tree or watch our permaculture vegetable garden grow. The pool is shared but its generous dimensions (14 x 7 m) allow it! From the bathtub in the bathroom, you can contemplate the majestic oaks of the forest.

The guest house "Le figuier du clos d'Emilion" adjoins our house, which has been completely renovated and tastefully furnished to offer all modern comforts. They have a fully equipped kitchen and a shared garden with barbecue, plancha and fryer. The fruit trees offer you sunny or shady places and we have installed sunbeds for your comfort. "Le clos d'Emilion" is located 5 minutes from the village of Saint Emilion and a few steps from the Dordogne.
