The studio is simple but very well-equipped. Even though I live above (often absent) I remain very discreet and do not access your delimited spaces. The area is very quiet. The highway allows you to visit the Périgord Noir region about 1 hour away via the highway. Sarlat… La Roque Gageac and Beynac can be done on a nice day. Brantome, the Green Venice, is 40 minutes away. You have your terrace with barbecue and electric griddle. Even deer have taken up residence

A swimming pool is available from the beginning of June to the end of September because it is not heated, as well as a large garden with parking space to park your vehicle. Located at the gates of Périgueux, close to the shops of Marsac-sur-l'Isle and Chancelade, the Voie Verte and the GR, the Maisonette is a charming 45 m² duplex. Everything has been thought out for your comfort: bedding, appliances, private sauna and outdoor table under pergola. As hosts, we make sure to be both available and discreet.

We are pleased to host you in our recently renovated barn, offering stunning views of the Dronne and the bridge mill, from where you can practice hiking, mountain biking, canoeing, angling, boat rides, swimming... Less than a kilometer away, the village of Tocane offers all amenities. Between Brantôme, Périgueux and Ribérac, you can discover the rich heritage, colorful markets and many summer festivals according to your desires.
