We look forward to welcoming you into the characterful 'Petit Manoir' in the heart of the Perigord Vert. Our extensive gardens are the perfect place to relax, or if you wish to venture further, there are plenty of walks from the front door. The charming wing includes a master bedroom on the first floor with adjoining pigeonnier for use as study or extra bedroom, while the ground floor comprises a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchen, open plan living/dining room and an exercise room.

Situés sur la charmante Place du Coderc, ces duplex sont parfaits pour des séjours en famille ou entre amis, qu’ils soient courts ou prolongés. La place elle-même, autrefois un marché médiéval, est bordée de maisons à colombages et de façades anciennes qui témoignent du riche patrimoine périgourdin.

Totally autonomous, you have an independent entrance and a private terrace. 3 minutes from the village shops and 15 minutes from Périgueux by car.

Independent studio

The studio is simple but very well-equipped. Even though I live above (often absent) I remain very discreet and do not access your delimited spaces. The area is very quiet. The highway allows you to visit the Périgord Noir region about 1 hour away via the highway. Sarlat… La Roque Gageac and Beynac can be done on a nice day. Brantome, the Green Venice, is 40 minutes away. You have your terrace with barbecue and electric griddle. Even deer have taken up residence

Close to the train station, shops, supermarket, cinema, cultural center, library, and sports infrastructure (swimming pool, tennis...) You can also enjoy the typical Thursday morning market and walks on the greenway and hiking trails. Located 5 minutes from the A89 motorway exit nearby cities: Périgueux - 20' Sarlat - 1 hr Brantôme, Bourdeilles – 30 minutes Bordeaux and Brive - 1 hour

We are Jean, Florence and our dog Tiago. We welcome you to our fully renovated former outbuilding. Located at the gates of Périgueux, close to the shops of Marsac-sur-l'Isle and Chancelade, the Voie Verte and the GR, the Maisonette is a charming 45 m² duplex. Everything has been thought out for your comfort: bedding, appliances, private sauna and outdoor table under pergola. As hosts, we make sure to be both available and discreet.

Comfortable gite on hiking trail, very quiet environment, 10 mm by car from all amenities. Ideally located to discover the Périgord. 20 minutes from the historic center of Périgueux and Bourdeilles for its castle, canoe ride on the Vézère 30 minutes from Brantome and its abbey. 10 minutes from the Château de Fayolle, Étang de la Jemaye 30 minutes away.
