The house with a capacity of 4+1 people consists of two separate bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen with a dining room and a bathroom. The cottage has a large terrace overlooking the untouched nature. The cottage is equipped with all the necessary kitchen utensils, coffee machine, microwave oven, dishwasher and laundry. Free WiFi and large parking for cars are available.

An old town center of Ljutomer is in 10min walking distance. A place for your car in a carport. There's a garden with shadow. A lot of cycling, hiking and running possibilities in the area. 5km away there's a beautiful lake (former gravel digging) with christal clear water, perfect for a swim in nature.
