The house offers three bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom. It’s understated elegant interiors have been published in the UK House and Garden and the Residence interior magazines. On the Hidaard mound, you stay in the stylish front house of our old farmhouse, with its own entrance and facilities. Our house features a spacious kitchen and 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms. If you book for 2 people, you will get the lower floor, i.e. the kitchen and 1 bedroom. If you want to use 2 bedrooms, you must book for at least 3 people. Our cottage is just below the smoke of Sneek, in the hamlet of Loënga. An excellent place from which you can take a wonderful bike ride through the countryside and along the various villages of Sudwest Fryslân. If you love city life, next to Sneek, Leeuwarden is a 20-minute drive away. On warm days, it is wonderful to relax on or by the Sneekermeer, but the beach of Harlingen or Makkum is also recommended.
