Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Recoleta

We were passing through Santiago, but the place accommodated us 100%, it was close to where we needed to go, with good community. The mall was next door! David also allowed us to check in earlier than scheduled. He was very attentive to our arrival. We appreciate it, we will definitely return!!

Fully equipped house. Responsive host. We had a very large van which was a problem getting into designated parking gate. We would stay again but we would arrive in a much smaller vehicle. The view was amazing.

David’s place is super cozy — it really feels like home! The location in Barrio Italia is amazing, with everything you need just around the corner. It was our first time visiting Santiago for tourism, and staying here made it even more special. David was always kind, helpful, and full of great recommendations. I totally recommend this place and would definitely come back!

Excellent stay!! The house is cute, spacious, comfortable, and well equipped, and the location is privileged and very convenient. Braulio was attentive, responsive and flexible at all times. Everything was easy and enjoyed. Highly recommended!

I stayed for a week, the place was comfortable and clean, we were two people and we each had their privacy. I was able to walk to iconic places in the city from the accommodation, close to the metro too, it felt quiet and at home. Definitely a good place to stay!

A Hosting Note 10! Everything is very organized and clean, great location and a breathtaking view. The key point of the accommodation is the kindness and helpfulness of the host. Always very attentive and quick to respond.

Our experience was very positive! Daniela was very attentive from the first communication and I offer very useful recommendations. The balcony has a spectacular 180 degree view to the entire west of the city including hills around. Day and night it's mind-blowing! The cost of this is a bit noisy but for us it was worth it. The area is very central close to everything: mall Viva for shopping, supermarket two streets away, central market for fish, and 10min from Plaza de armas. A negative aspect of this is that there are people in street (homeless) situation near the depto. But they were not aggressive or felt endangered at any time. The apartment is comfortable, the bed has a very good mattress and the kitchen everything you need. The only negative the sofa is not as comfortable as the sleeping bed. There is a concierge at the 24h building reception. The neighbors were also very friendly. In short, very good experience, thank you very much Daniela!

We had a lovely time at Leticia's place in Lastarria! The neighborhood was amazing -- great restaurants and bars and super walkable. Leticia was a wonderful host -- great communicator and super accommodating, which we were very grateful for after an overnight flight. The apartment was quite comfortable for the two of us -- be aware that it's chilly in Santiago in winter (June/July), but Leticia provided a space heater to keep the chill out. We would definitely stay here again!!

We had a great time staying in Vitacura. The Penthouse was lovely and spacious. They left a nice bottle of wine for us upon arrival. The patio was FANTASTIC with views of the entire city practically. We loved the openness of the space. The beds and the bedrooms were so clean and comfortable. The master bathroom shower was really wonderful. Great hot water!! The second bathroom had some issues with the shower control and sink faucet, but we just didn't use them. The kitchen was very clean and had most of what we needed to cook and eat in. Only negative would be the condition of the main sofa in the living space. The main seating and pillows are a bit dirty and in need of a good cleaning or replacement. The neighborhood was lovely. It was very safe with quiet streets, close to excellent restaurants and a grocery. The only negative would be that it's a bit of a walk to the metro, however Uber was easy and convenient. We would definitely stay there again.

I’ve stayed for almost 3 weeks and had a great time. Patricia is an excellent host. She was always very responsive and helpful. The place was clean, nicely decorated, and well equipped for longer stays. Due to its location on a busy street, it can get a little loud at times. And there’s a fire station right next to the apartment building. But overall it’s a great place in a good location and solid value for the money.

The apartment is comfortable, it has everything that is indicated in the description. There are many places nearby to eat Arabic and Korean food. Pierre was very kind in answering my questions and helped me with several recommendations. I would definitely stay there again.

The house is very cozy and very similar to the photos. The accommodation was pleasant and the location is great, close to a lot of shops. We liked it a lot!

The apartment is very well equipped, in good maintenance condition and very impeccable, the location is central, no annoying noises were heard in the place and the elevator is expeditious, the concierges are very attentive and provide a feeling of security.

Excellent apartment: all functional, great shower, kitchen with all necessary items, super comfortable bed, sofa idem…the neighborhood is charming, full of restaurants and interesting places, nice to walk around, we loved the stay! Christian and Laura are always quick to respond and help!! I definitely recommend it to everyone on the platform and when I return to Santiago, I would stay again!!

Mary was an excellent host! The place was neat, neat and very comfortable. It feels like a very cozy place. Mary was always responsive to my messages and was quick to respond to any questions or concerns regarding the stay. The place is very quiet, well located, with supermarkets nearby, restaurants, attractions nearby such as "Paseo Bandera" "Avenida New York" "Palacio La Moneda" among other things such as museums and parks also relatively close.
