Fully equipped house. Responsive host. We had a very large van which was a problem getting into designated parking gate. We would stay again but we would arrive in a much smaller vehicle. The view was amazing.

David’s place is super cozy — it really feels like home! The location in Barrio Italia is amazing, with everything you need just around the corner. It was our first time visiting Santiago for tourism, and staying here made it even more special. David was always kind, helpful, and full of great recommendations. I totally recommend this place and would definitely come back!

Great location in Barrio Italia: restaurants, cafés and bars all just a stone's throw away. Communication with Mauricio was very friendly from the beginning and his self-made videos helped us a lot at check-in. In addition, he was always available. The accommodation is very cozy and equipped with a radiant heater and a heat blanket for the cold months. We had a great time. Thank you Mauricio!

A wonderful place to stay! Clean, quiet and in a great location. The house was immaculate and the beds very comfortable. The garden in the back is green and lovely. A gem in Santiago!

I felt right at home and safe, being a solo female traveler that is important!! Easy to walk everywhere and great restaurants all around you:) Comfortable beds and pillows are an added plus ! If you like cities and the abysmal feeling of a 25th floor! This is a great spot! It has a swimming pool and a gym that I never went into! It's very central and allows you to walk to tourist spots in the city center! The apartment is good! Intuitive and simple! It has a washer with a dryer, that's a big plus! I didn't love the surroundings, but it was my first time in the city, a good spot to explore Santiago de Chile!

I'm in love with this apartment and (wish I could say that) I will be moving in next week. The location is fantastic, very walkable with lots of restaurants, bars, and transit nearby. The home is beautifully decorated and has amenities you would have if you lived there (a water jug dispenser, tea selection, extra towels, etc). Paz was very responsive when I had questions, the doorman was helpful when we couldn't figure out where to find the apartment key, and her house manual was super helpful. Highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting Santiago. The cons are very minimal, but will share here so you are aware: the shower head needs replacing (water comes out at a trickle), the bedroom floor is very squeaky, and the bed is both squeaky and sinks in the middle so it's a bit difficult for 2 people to sleep comfortably. Local recommendations would also be nice (or even a crowd-sourced guide that visitors could add to. Don't wait, book today! :D

Everything is perfect! Very cozy space, well-equipped kitchen, very comfortable bed, everything is very clean. Location near the center, we were able to get to know several points of the city on foot. The Hosts were very kind and thoughtful. I recommend it and would come back again!

Unforgettable stay! The apartment was impeccable, super comfortable bed, with blankets and pillows for all tastes. The shower has great pressure, the heater is powerful and fast — on cold nights, we even feel warm. The view is surreal: you can see the sunrise and sunset from the bed, as if it were a movie screen. The Wi-Fi never failed. Excellent location: markets, subway, snow clothes rental and tourist spots just a few minutes away. Franz is a rare host: attentive, quick to respond, gave several tips and was even flexible with check-in/out. She left us some welcome wine and chocolates that we loved so much that we bought some to take back to Brazil. It was our second international trip together, with a marriage proposal, our first time in the snow, and we found our temporary home here. Every day, we said, “Let's go home.” If we go back to Santiago, we won't think of anywhere else. Thank you, Franz!

The accommodation is very close to the subway station, which is a plus for mobility in the city. In the area there are supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, and a pub. The accommodation is as advertised, comfortable and quiet

I came from Brazil to Chile, and I stayed a few days at Roberto's, very solicitous! and his accommodations exactly as in the photos of the listing, extremely unique to see the Andes mountains in the room. I recommend it to my Brazilian brothers who want to come.

The house is very cozy and very similar to the photos. The accommodation was pleasant and the location is great, close to a lot of shops. We liked it a lot!

Excellent apartment: all functional, great shower, kitchen with all necessary items, super comfortable bed, sofa idem…the neighborhood is charming, full of restaurants and interesting places, nice to walk around, we loved the stay! Christian and Laura are always quick to respond and help!! I definitely recommend it to everyone on the platform and when I return to Santiago, I would stay again!!
