It is perfect for bicyclists, festival goers, hikers, and site-seeing of the National Monument and surrounding Mountains. We are 5 to 10 away from Fruita, Palisade, Downtown Grand Junction, Canyon view Park, and CMU. A perfect location to experience all of the Grand Valley! Each tent site can host ONE tent with up to 4 guests. (Tent and bedding NOT included).

Come enjoy country views just 4.1 miles from downtown Palisade. This adorable mother in law "barn" is located right behind our main living house. We are conveniently located right next to the Palisade fruit and wine byway. You'll enjoy gorgeous views of Mt. Garfield looming to the north and the Grand Mesa to the east. Enjoy a soak in the hot tub after a long day of adventure. This is country living at its best! We live next door, but this ADU is all yours.

- cozy studio apartment with 2 beds (there is a loft bed that is 6” of plush memory foam.) Queen size but is a snug fit for people over 6’ tall. Pull out hydabed on the couch in the living room. -small space there is not a full separate bedroom it’s just the loft living space.
