The neighbourhood is quite and peaceful. 5mins walking distance to supermarket, pharmacy, pizzeria and bakery. The distance from the city centre is 4km more or less. The closest tram stop is in 5-8 mins by walking to reach the city centre, Cathedral, Railway station and shopping area. Because the road to the house is on a hill we always recommend to have a car.
