I had the pleasure of returning to this wonderful Airbnb, and it was just as amazing as I remembered, if not better. The space is beautifully curated, with such an artistic flair that immediately makes you feel at home. Every corner of the home is thoughtfully designed, blending comfort with creativity, making it a perfect retreat. Sara is an absolute gem. She was incredibly responsive to all my questions, ensuring everything was perfect for my stay. Her warmth and attention to detail made the entire experience seamless and inviting. I can’t recommend this place enough, it’s not just a stay; it’s an experience.

Amazing location for private and peaceful time with family!! We did our baby shower gathering just family and friends. And it was beyond perfect because of location. We had the best baby shower ! The location is great, very chill and relaxing neighborhood. Tigran was very helpful and willing to negotiate for extra guests with extra cost. The place itself was good, the rooms are clean and spacious, and sitting by the fire pit at night is definitely our highlight. However some furniture could use an upgrade. Also not in the listing but this is a semi-detached house, but the neighbors did not intervene and even tolerated our midnight fire pit chit chats. Overall the stay was great.

Patricks place was a perfect mini get away thats close around the city! We absolutely loved how private and spacious his place is. The pool and sauna was needed on a hot day! Definitely will come back again!

Beautiful and serene neighborhood - we really enjoyed our daily walks there. Lots of different types of restaurants and grocery stores - only minutes of drive away. The house is better than advertised, wonderfully spacious, and well designed with 7 bedrooms, 7 beds, 7 baths, perfect for family reunions or groups of friends. Susan was a great host. Her instructions and responses were timely, concise, and easy to follow. We had a magnificent time in the house and will definitely stay in it if it is available when we come back in the future.

Overall our large group of young families enjoyed our stay. Some of the furniture could be improved - in particular more comfy, lounge seating in common areas (particularly for large groups like ours), but otherwise the stay was comfortable. The ensuite bathrooms in majority of the bedrooms is a game changer for groups with young kids! Communication with the host was excellent, and appreciate accommodating a later check-out on short notice. It was a big help!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful and spacious cottage located just outside the city — close enough for convenience, yet far enough to enjoy peace and nature. The canal access to Lake Simcoe was a real highlight and made the experience even more special. With 10 comfortable rooms, the cottage easily accommodated our group and felt like a true home away from home. A huge thank you to our amazing host, who was not only responsive and approachable but also genuinely kind and reasonable throughout our entire stay. From booking to check-out, everything was smooth and stress-free thanks to their thoughtful communication and care. We truly appreciated the warmth and hospitality — it made all the difference.
