Private suite holiday rentals in Regional Municipality of York

This was the perfect place for my visit to this area. Travelling alone I felt safe and it was a nice area of town and close to all amenities. Soma and her family were so nice and friendly and accommodating. They added extra touches on check in and really made the stay very pleasant. I will definitely come back if ever in this area. I am so happy I picked this place for a week long visit. There was lots of space and it was clean and had everything I needed. Thank you Soma!!!❤️❤️❤️

The house was located in a nice area which was very close to local grocery stores, parks, and tennis courts. The place was spacious and the kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook anything you want. Jeesoo was very responsive to any questions we had. The only thing I would say as an FYI is that the bed is rather firm and if you plan to work from here the wifi can be spotty at times. Overall was a great place for my husband and I to stay

We had a great stay! Hosts were super accommodating and we had everything we needed. Location is beautiful, right beside the beach, with stunning views of the lake. Really liked how quiet the place was, we would definitely book again!

We booked this apartment for friends visiting from England and because it was close to our house. They had a wonderful experience. The welcome card and snacks on arrival were very much appreciated along with the items in the kitchen and laundry. Check in and check out were flexible which was very helpful due to canceled flights etc. We cannot recommend this apartment highly enough - a lovely apartment, lovely surroundings and very hospitable hosts. We stayed at Rainbow for the second time. It was just as great, friendly, quiet, pleasant as before. We felt like at home right from the beginning. From there, we went everywhere. We were traveling by car and found that it is a huge advantage and valuable to have a free parking space. Thank you Rainbow for the great accommodation

Nice place to stay in the big Toronto area. Close to restaurants and shopping. Free parking is available along the road during the day, at night have to move your vehicle to the house driveway due to traffic restrictions. Kitchen and bathroom may need some updates, specifically the stove (not fully functional) and the fan in the bathroom (too loud). Also recommend to fix the entrance door from the basement to the suite as it gets stuck. The host was nice and friendly, communicated important information and updates. I will recommend this place for stay and will stay there myself in future if I am in the area.

Loved my stay here, it was about 20 min from Toronto airport. And 1.5 hours from Niagara falls. I loved the peacefulness in the neighborhood. Great place to stay.

Mike's place was lovely to stay at. He greeted us in person and gave us a tour/walkthrough even though we arrived semi-late. He was very prompt in responding and made it clear that we could reach out anytime for any needs we might have. Having the garage to use (as listed) was a very thoughtful touch. The instructions were simple and clear and it was a great short stay. Also, many thanks for the homemade cake!! It was delicious!

We had a great time staying at Ryan’s place (for 3 months). The bedrooms are spacious and the living room was cozy (especially because of the electric fireplace). Ryan was very friendly and helpful. Thank you for letting us stay at your place! :)

Really nice rental unit. Very clean and beautifully decorated. The bed was extremely comfortable. We did have an issue with some guest staying in the rental above us. This is something that is out of the owners control as the guest had a younger child that was constantly running and jumping at all hours. Nikole was VERY active in solving that problem. Would definitely recommend. The backyard is right against an amazing trail to hike and the location is surrounded by lots of great restaurants. Will absolutely book again!

Nice location and a spotless, well-maintained home. I wasn't sure what to expect from a basement suite, never having stayed in one, but I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable it was, so I'd do it again. It was nice to have a coffee machine in-house with refills/pods to enjoy a cuppa without getting out. The host (Shiva) was also incredibly responsive to my messages and questions.

Had a great stay at Andreas place. It was a cozy basement apartment with everything we needed. Perfect location for why we were there and close to all stores, coffee shops and even walking trails for the furbaby

This Airbnb was perfect for our small family. It felt very cozy and spacious all at once. Moe was a very kind and friendly host. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped. The bathroom has a bathtub. It was perfect for us to care for our kids (6 year old and toddler). 10 min drive from grocery and anything else you need. We had an awesome stay and highly recommend to any small family's. Thanks Moe!

Great location - easy to drive around and 4 min walk to a bus stop. Quiet neighborhood. Soheil and Matin are amazing hosts. Very smooth communication. We enjoyed our stay and would like to go back on our next trip to Toronto!
