Welcome to the idyllic Lake of Warder! The apartment on the upper floor of our beautiful house offers plenty of space. It impresses with its lovely furnishings and a unique view over the fields. From the windows you can watch deer during the day and picturesque sunsets in the evening. Surrounded by nature, with a playground and a bathing area with sunbathing lawn just 250 m away, the accommodation is ideal for relaxing and exploring. The Baltic Sea and the Karl May Games are within easy.

Quiet but still central

Söhren in the municipality of Weede is quiet but central. It is about 10 km to Bad Segeberg, 25 km to Lübeck and about 30 km to the Baltic Sea. On the upper floor of a detached house, you will find 1 bedroom with a large double bed, a living room with a pull-out sofa bed (2 people), a kitchenette and dining table as well as a bathroom with shower. Unfortunately, there are no shops or places to eat here. Are you traveling with children? No problem: a crib and high chair can be provided.

Completely newly renovated & furnished 22 sqm/1 room apartment. There is a private entrance to the basement apartment. The ceiling height is about 195 cm. There is also a small kitchen, with ceramic stovetop, a sink and a fridge/freezer. The kitchen is fully equipped. A separate toilet with sink and hair dryer is also part of the apartment, as well as a shower. A TV, chests of drawers, dining table with 2 chairs. A large double bed is also included. Chic city center vacation home right on the Trave

Conveniently located between Hamburg and Lübeck, you will stay in our well-equipped vacation home in the city center in the Heiligengeist district of Bad Oldesloe, absolutely quietly located directly on the Trave. The terrace invites you to sunbathe and barbecue. Parking in the public parking garage (200 m) is free. Bicycles are safe on the premises. Jogging and walking start right at the front door on the Trave hiking trail. Downtown is around the corner.

Hayloft

The hayloft is our most recently completed apartment. Even in the photos you can see how bright and spacious the apartment is. It has an airy living and dining area that opens six meters high to the top of the roof. In addition, there is a media room where the TV is located and which offers sufficient space for the viewers. If you want to read in peace, you can do so on the gallery, which opens up a wonderful view of the Schleswig-Holstein landscape.

Bright tiny house with nature view

On the edge of a small farm complex, surrounded by horses, chickens and a pair of storks, is our functional tiny house. The large sun terrace with awning, the adjacent pond and the open view of nature invite you to relax. The interior includes: a cozy sitting area with sofa, table and chairs, a wood-burning stove, a small kitchenette, a sleeping berth (1.60 wide) and a small shower room. Outside is a toilet house with a Finnish compost toilet.

This apartment consists of: large kitchen with appliances, bathroom, living room and two bedrooms. The living room sofa-bed becomes a queen size bed In the apartment there are: towels, sheets, plates and cutlery, in short, everything you need for a comfortable stay It is located in a quiet and peaceful area surrounded with greenery. The apartment is in the center of Bad Schwartau. The spa gardens and the forests are easily reached in a few steps. As well as the shopping (supermarket, bakery, ice cream parlor, restaurants). The Baltic Sea with its beautiful beach is about 9 km away and the old town of Lübeck with its historic flair is about 7 km away. The Holstein spa (healing power from iodine brine) and the Asklepios Clinic are also a short walk away.
