Holiday rentals with a patio in Reims

It feels even more spacious than the photos suggest. The studio is bright, clean, and has a warm, homey atmosphere. It’s quiet and peaceful, and the skylight above the bed area is a real bonus—waking up with the sun shining is wonderful. The house itself is large, with a garden full of trees and flowers. Amelie is incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. She even shared her birthday cake with me! Her parents were also kind and approachable. Amelie was always ready to help with a wonderful smile, making everything easy and comfortable. She is truly one of the best hosts I’ve met. I highly recommend staying at her lovely place. The town is beautiful, surrounded by vineyards and forests, with great trails in the mountains. It’s truly worth visiting.

We had a great stay, the place is exactly as described, with a well equipped kitchen and very comfortable bed. We loved to relax in the little patio with the big couch and flowers!

Wij hebben genoten van het comfortabele en ruime appartement . Het is prachtig en in een mooie kleurstelling gerenoveerd. Je loopt in 2 minuten naar het centrum, markthal en vele restaurants. Wij zijn een dag met de trein naar Reims geweest. Vlakbij het station kan je de auto gratis parkeren. Achter het appartement is ook een prima parkeerplaats . Bertrand en Daphnée zijn vriendelijk, behulpzaam en reageren snel. Als je Chalon en Champagne wilt bezoeken, is dit een prima plek.

Logement très agréable et très bien aménagé dans un environnement calme et propice au repos et à la découverte de la région.

Hôte très sympathique et très réactif, à la hauteur du logement qui est un vrai petit coin paisible, très très propre dans un bel environnement en plein centre. Des logements et des hôtes qu'on aimerait à chaque location ! merci tout était parfait.

L’appartement était vraiment génial, doté de tout ce qu’il fallait machine à laver le linge laver four plaque à induction, literie, aménagement de la literie douche, toilette, tout était vraiment parfait si j’ai l’occasion de revenir, je n’y manquerai pas car tout était plus que parfait

We hebben een super fijn verblijf gehad in het appartement van Isabelle. Super schone en mooie ingerichte kamers. De keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien en dan bedoel ik ook echt alles. We hebben de keuken niet nodig gehad, maar je zou gemakkelijk kunnen koken. Isabelle was super vriendelijk en reageerde super snel. Ook konden we iets eerder inchecken, wat heel fijn was. Het appartement is wel gehorig, maar ik zou het zeker aanraden voor een paar nachten. Alles is op enkele minuten loopafstand. Het is om de hoek van de avenue de champagne en er is een grote parkeergarage voor de deur (parking du jard). Ook een leuk bakkertje op een paar minuten lopen (Maison Saint Thibault). Echt geweldig verblijf gehad in Eperney.

Het verblijf was heerlijk. Fijn zwembad en mooie hottub. Ook was de communicatie altijd prettig en konden we in overleg ook iets later uitchecken. Andere delen van het huis waren nog in de verbouw en hebben potentie om mooi te worden!

Lovely apartment, exactly like the photos, set in beautiful scenery with vines covering every square inch! The property was very clean and comfortable. We visited with a 10 month old and Anthony was very accommodating bringing us a baby chair and cot. He also shared great recommendations on local winemakers to visit. Property is very private with an electric gate and had everything we needed. Will definitely be visiting again!

Geweldig, luxe huis op loopafstand bij Reims centrum! Je loopt binnen paar minuten naar champagne huis Veuve Clicquot. Het huis is van alles voorzien en erg ruim. De slaapkamers zijn ruim en voorzien met twee badkamers. De tuin is heerlijk en goed onderhouden. Kortom, pareltje in Reims!

Very responsive host, great location in the centre of town. Was perfect for our trip of 8 people.

Wonderful stay for our group in a classic champagne producer's house in the region! Everything was perfect: it's comfortable and spacious and well-equipped for cooking and dining at home. Perfectly clean. Nice linens. Walkable to many independent champagne producers in this 1er Cru village as well as one larger "maison de champagne," which is across the street. Other villages are very close for reserving tastings and restaurants. There is a small but great farmer's market right in the courtyard of the house! How lovely to wake up Sunday morning to the view on the market (which was very quiet - we didn't hear a peep from them while they were setting up)! Everything was charming and perfect! We will return and will recommend this house to friends!

Le logement est très accueillant et dispose de tout le confort nécessaire. L’exposition permet de ne pas souffrir de la chaleur et est calme.
