Our house impresses with 180 m² of living space over two floors. The entire house has an air heat pump and air conditioning on the upper floor. Our loft house offers a wonderful view of the terrace, the garden and the pool from the large kitchen and living area. In summer, the lounge corner, the terrace and of course the large pool with counter-current system invite you to linger. Our house is perfectly air-conditioned and spacious. In the cold season you can warm up in the sauna while your children can play and watch DVDs in the play corner opposite the sauna. Our pool can also be heated in winter, so you can cool off after a sauna session under the pool cover at up to 23°. From December, our house is decorated for Christmas and we look forward to showing you the most beautiful christmas markets in Vienna and outside the city.

Vacation at the gates of Vienna

You will be vacationing with us idyllically on the edge of the forest, under Mödling Castle, a 15-minute walk to the historic Babenberger town of Mödling with its unique medieval ambiance, shops, cafes and restaurants. And if you want to visit the city of Vienna, take the train from Mödling to Vienna and after 30 minutes you will be in front of St. Stephen's Cathedral in Vienna in the city center. Directly from us there are numerous hiking and mountain bike routes, and a lot of cultural things to discover.

The Pandorf Outlet Center - to reach in just 10 minutes- a shopping paradise and great restaurants. Carnuntum Wine Region-5 minutes away by car. Have a walk through the wine yard, a lot of bike paths are waiting for you, Heuriger (local wine taverns with tasty traditional food) or buy wine from local wine producers. Other attractions-Lake Neusiedl, Family Park (both 30 min. away by car).

A generous living room and a conservatory — both situated right next to the kitchen — offer plenty of space to relax and unwind. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. The garage provides space for two cars — keeping them cool in the summer and eliminating the need to scrape ice in the winter. The garden area invites you to sunbathe or simply relax.

There are no hidden costs with this offer. We offer a beautiful little private house incl. Terrace and free parking in front of our property. We also have an e-charging station for cost-effective charging. In 15 minutes you can reach Vienna Central Station by train, and in 10 minutes by bus you can reach Therme Wien Oberlaa. The house is 15 km from the airport. We also live on the property in a separate house, so we are available at all times.
