A small house in the heart of the Park

Notre maison est située en pleine campagne, au calme, près de Nocé et à 1h45 de Paris. Venez vous ressourcer ! Nous sommes à 1h45 des plages normandes et 1h30 des châteaux de la Loire. C'est notre résidence secondaire (pas une maison louée à l'année). Elle contient donc une partie de nos souvenirs, mais sommes heureux de la partager ! Vous croiserez deux petites chattes recueillies en août 2021. Très douces avec les enfants, autonomes grâce à la chatière. Allergiques aux chats, s'abstenir 😉

Décorée avec soin et parfaitement équipée, la Ferme de la Boétie est louée en intégralité. Cette maison de campagne dispose de grands espaces communs (salon, salle à manger, espace TV), de 4 chambres et 3 Sdb. A l'extérieur, profitez du jardin et de la prairie. Au cœur du Parc Naturel Régional du Perche, vous pourrez rayonner selon vos envies (gustatives, brocantes, randonnées, sport, spa…). Capacité d’accueil : 9 adultes, 1 enfant et 3 bébés (lit d'appoint et 3 lits bébés sur demande).

Dans un petit hameau tranquille sur les hauteurs de Rémalard (tous commerces) et le long d'un circuit de randonnée, ce gite en formule tout inclus est idéal pour se mettre au vert ! Longère percheronne de plain pied : séjour avec cuisine équipée, salon (poêle à bois, canapé convertible 2 pers. (draps non fournis), TV, bureau), chambre (lit 2 pers 160 x 200 cm - draps fournis) en rez de jardin avec accès sur terrasse en bois, salle de bains (douche à l'italienne et baignoire d'angle), wc.

1.5 hours from Paris, between Verneuil sur Avre and Mortagne aux Perche, this bread oven is part of a beautiful 18th century farmhouse, from where Percheron pioneers left to create New France (Canada). In a green and relaxing setting, lovers of the countryside will appreciate the charm of this comfortable cottage, located on the edge of the Perche state forest, where there are many monasteries including the Notre Dame de la Trappe abbey. In addition to the 3 en-suite bedrooms, there's a solo room for a seventh traveler.

Charlotte's house for 6 people

Charlotte's house is a gîte that was completely renovated at the end of 2019, respecting the Percheron frame with noble materials such as wood, stone, old tiles and lime plaster. Located in one of the most beautiful villages of the Perche Regional Park, it is the perfect place for a stay in the countryside less than 2 hours from Paris. The cottage is fully equipped with new products (appliances, bedding, SAUNA, wood stove) and has an enclosed garden.

La maison fait face à une grange dans une grande cour protégée avec un jardin et un pré attenant à disposition.
