Surrounded by perfect nature, rain or shine, this home is located in the peaceful little village of Nohoval, famous for it's Cove. This countryside between Cork and Kinsale is off the beaten track. However no public transport, so a car or bike needed. Ideal for nature lovers, walking, cycling, cliffs, beaches, cold water swimming or sauna and a dip...all nearby. The house is loved by owner Aine who will give you great tips on the local experience. It's a place to catch a breath and slow down.

Urban Tranquility Tree

Access to the tree house can be conducted by phone so you don't meet anyone. All contact surfaces are cleaned using dettol wipes and linen is washed at 60 deg. This is a real tree house, fully insulated, 6m off the ground. It faces south with views of the city. It is situated in our garden but screened by trees giving privacy. It consists of a bedroom with a deck at the top level and a bathroom on the level below. Cork city centre is a 5 min. walk. Access to the city is via a STEEP HILL.

The Long Shed, a tastefully converted space offers a unique, cosy interior with a natural sanctuary just outside the door. Within just a 10 min walk you can be at our private cove for sea swimming and seal spotting or atop a spectacular cliff with panoramic views.. or take a wander through our valley full of native flora and fauna. Conveniently situated not far from the airport, ferryport, Cork city and the historical town of Kinsale yet filled with a sense of being way off the beaten track.
