The Cottage is in the garden of Villa Maria, a 1920's villa restored in 1990, located in front of the beach of Reno di Leggiuno. Today, Villa Maria is divided into four duplex apartments, Villa Maria 1, Villa Maria 2, Villa Maria 3, Villa Maria 4 and this fully independent, cosy cottage. "... if they're not crazy, we don't want them...". We are located in a remote and quiet street of the Mombello di Laveno Hamlet, 3 km from the lake, but we overlook it from the hill with a beautiful view. The apartment is small but very cozy. As of April 1, 2023, there is a tourist tax. The cost is €1.50 (per night, per person) for a maximum of 7 days. Children under 14 are excluded.
