We had a great stay, the apartment is comfortable and has a beautiful view, it's close to everything, we went to the mall on foot, it's practically in front. We went to the tourist spots by car, but it's not very far. The city is beautiful. Luan was very attentive, gave us all the information we needed, very helpful. We'll definitely be back. It was a great experience.

It was amazing and I will definitely return to the location. Close to everything, well located and safe.

We loved the stay, the road was quiet to get there by car and the space was clean. We went with the family to spend Christmas, the house is simple but had almost everything we needed. The surroundings are beautiful, we didn't even go to the waterfall on the neighboring property, we enjoyed it around, to fish in the pond, walk around and bathe in the pool. We took the dogs and something we really liked is that the space around the house is all screened, so they could run a lot. The Internet worked well, too.

A very dear and attentive host, the communication with her was very easy, always made things clear and helped us a lot regarding the check in, we literally had no problem. The location is very good, close to several things, shopping, bar, restaurant and still can be a quiet place to get to and walk there.

The house met all my needs, as it was exactly as advertised. Full kitchen, furnishings in good condition, comfy bed and very clean bathroom. Besides, I had to wash clothes and had all the accessories. The view from the second floor is very beautiful, facing the mountains of the region. The neighborhood is quiet and has nearby restaurants and supermarkets. Host Joralice responded with extreme agility and attention to questions, demonstrating proactivity. Perfect!

I loved the time we spent at the farm! A super quiet, cozy, easily accessible place. Great for relaxing! It's close to the city, which doesn't make it difficult at all, and it still has the privilege of being a quiet place without noise. Janaína and Ricardo were great hosts, super polite, attentive! Mara's place is great value for money. Comfortable rooms and beds, all with TV, quiet environment, doesn't even look this close to the highway because nothing is heard. For those who plan their stay in order to go to the State Park of Pico Paraná, it is important to remember that the distance from the return on the highway increases the distance from the house to the Park. It should also be known that although they are independent houses, it is combined with the couple's dwelling, which was in no way unpleasant because they are solicitous, kind and discreet, and ended up responding promptly to various requests and information.

Marcio's accommodation is carefully prepared to welcome his guests. The cleanliness is impeccable, in every corner. The place is cozy, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Marcio is attentive and very receptive. We brought a pet that received all the attention and pampering. It was very worth it !!

My wife and I had an excellent stay at the place. The building is very well located, with great parking spaces and easy access. Both check-in and check-out were very quiet. The apartment itself has a magnificent view, and is very comfortable, cozy and well equipped.

About the condominium, attentive staff, family space, pleasant and a wonderful heated pool. Regarding the location, it is privileged near the main tourist spots, I recommend being by car. The apartment served us perfectly! It has everything you need, and the shower is wonderful! The location is excellent, so much so that sometimes we left the car in the garage and do everything on foot. The structure of the building is great, with 24h gatekeepers and automatic activation of the gate by the license plate (practical), and it also has a market.

Second time I stayed in Zenaide's apartment and everything was impeccable, just like the first time. She is always kind, the apartment is clean and comfortable, and the people who stay at the entrance are sweethearts.
