With typical German architecture, Morada is a half-timbered house with a rustic and contemporary interior, designed for couples seeking refuge in nature combined with a romantic and cozy atmosphere. Located in the rural area of the Vila Nova neighborhood, the property is 30 minutes from downtown Joinville/SC, allowing guests to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the city while still being close to the urban area. *Breakfast included for reservations made as of 12/08/2025.

Experience in a Chalet ideal for couples to get out of the routine, spacious and bright, wood-burning fireplace, 300L hydro, chromotherapy, masonry pool attached to the deck, hammock, swing, full kitchen, Smart TV and air-conditioning. As a courtesy, firewood for up to two nights, bed and bath linens (bath towels, pool towels and bathrobes) basic items in the kitchen. (we do not offer breakfast).

Do estacionamento até a cabana tem uma subida de 50m, possui uma escada Santos Dumont inclinada para acesso ao segundo piso.

The house has 5 bedrooms and accommodates up to 16 people with great comfort, it has an outdoor area with a barbecue, pool table and an upper deck that has a beautiful view of the dam, access to the lake is exclusive, it has a 5,000-liter pool for children to have fun and a very large playground, inside the kitchen and fully equipped including an oven and wood stove, another detail is the view of the upper room that faces the dam and also has a gazebo to take beautiful photos

The house's main attraction is the Vossoroca Dam, suitable for bathing. The farm allows for walks and enjoyment of a quiet environment for those who appreciate being in contact with nature. It is 60 km from Curitiba towards Santa Catarina. Leaving BR 101, you reach the property via a gravel road in good condition. The place has no shops, so whatever you consume must be brought with you.
