We had a great stay! Great location with easy access to restaurants, shops, cafes, etc. Loved the church bells! And the terrace. Absolutely recommend!

Ours was a quick stay so we did not have much time to explore the area. The apartment was comfortable, nice, clean and safe. There is a Mall with a grocery store, movie theater and a few places to eat inside, which was walkable from the apartment.

We stayed in 2 families for 5 days. The house is very cozy, equipped with all comforts, clean. The outdoor pool is the highlight of the house, excellent relaxation area, great for children, strategic area 20 minutes from the main attractions. The owners were kind and helpful. We stayed at Jean Pierre's beautiful place for two nights, as a big group of friends celebrating a milestone birthday. Not only is the house itself set in peaceful and picturesque surroundings but the interior is cosy and warm with fun extras. We appreciated the pellet fire and the open log fire in the kitchen too. The kitchen itself is very spacious which was ideal for us to use for our big group meals. The bedrooms are comfortable and really nicely decorated. What made our stay so good though was the hospitality and kindness from Jean Pierre and his wife, Amparo. We organised a wine tasting one evening at their bodega and they were so accommodating, knowledgeable and great company. It was a very special evening that really added to our birthday celebrations! I would definitely recommend staying at El Poblet. You will be very well looked after. In fact, I'm already looking forward to booking again in the future.

Eva is great. We rented the villa to celebrate our baby's first birthday with the family. Eva let us visit the villa some time before to think about the preparations, and she also made it easy for us to bring things on the Thursday before the event to organize ourselves better. She has been very attentive to everything and personally is a very nice and outgoing girl. The villa is a 10, both in the decoration and in the details it has, the pool, the rooms, the terrace, even the bar!!! It far exceeds anything one could ask for. Thank you so much for everything, it was a wonderful weekend. Highly recommended!!!

We initially booked 10 nights at Raul house, but upon arrival, there was unexpected heavy construction noise from nearby which went on all day. Although this was completely out of Raul’s control, he was very apologetic and did his up most best to make the situation better and immediately moved us to another of his properties. While the second house was great, it didn’t quite meet our needs as we had hoped for a private pool and panoramic views like the original booking. Though we only stayed two nights, (one night at each house) we were very impressed with how Rau handled the situation. His communication was excellent, and he was fair and accommodating when we decided to move elsewhere. The original house was exactly as pictured, spotlessly clean with stunning Mediterranean views, we were very disappointed not to stay. Despite things not working out for us, I would definitely recommend Raul and his properties. He's an excellent host!

Jose’s place was comfortable and clean. Local places to shop, eat and drink. Bus stops literally around the corner, we used the buses every day to get everywhere no problem, 25 minutes to old town. The only negative we have is if you have had a long sightseeing day and you want to sleep past 8am, next door is a cafe/bar and they open their shutters at 8am and it starts getting a bit loud, unless your a really deep sleeper it won’t affect you.

A fantastic stay at Silvia’s! She’s a brilliant host, very welcoming, responsive and with a great sense of humour! Silvia place is in fab spot for transport and 5 minutes walk over to the beautiful beaches. We hired bikes for the 3 days to cycle up through the park to the old town, along beach to Little Venice and also down to south beach and lagoon area in between cycling over to the university hockey pitches to take in the Masters euros( the reason for our visit), great cycle tracks throughout and highly recommend. Definetly be in touch with Silvia if (when) returning to Valencia. Thank you!

The cottage and especially the garden are great! both are larger than I expected from the photos. The location in the nature park and by the beach is very beautiful! And the kitchen was better equipped than I have ever seen in a vacation home. I am very sensitive to noise, so I was glad that I had my earplugs for the night with me, as everything is 1 room, so you can hear the refrigerator, for example. If you are not so sensitive, it is no problem anyway, otherwise a tip! Furthermore, a wonderful place to rest, I would like to come back in the future :-)

For us it was a 10 stay. We had all the amenities that were described, and the host was always attentive to anything. We were able to enjoy our wedding weekend, and take some beautiful photos with a castle in the background. The garden area with the terrace are great, and the pool was impeccable and clean, which we took advantage of with the heat. Thank you for everything! We will not hesitate to choose this place again if the opportunity arises.

This apartment high above Serra is unique. The climb to get there is steep, but worth the effort. Carlos' place is small but spacy. The beds in the 2 bedrooms are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, the terrace is sunny during afternoon and evening with a great view. There is a large parasol to put up that will provide a large shade. The bathroom is quite small and the toilet doesn't flush easily. A bakery is very close by as is the Charter supernarket which offers a wide range of (fresh) products. Carlos was always reachable and gave us perfect directions and instructions. A parking is just below the house. We recommend bar Jubilats Serra for drinks with an amazing view, Les Moreres for a nice meal or Descanso for amazing paella and the most friendly staff. Even during the power blackout on april 28 they kept cooking in the dark kitchen and they kept serving beers as long as possible! Gracias Carlos, we will be back!

We had a great time here (2 adults and our 2 year old) and would highly recommend it for anyone visiting Valencia. It is in a convenient location close to the park and great restaurants/sites, while still feeling quiet and private. Lovely interior and outdoor space, and AÍda was a very helpful and responsive hostess. We had a longer stay so she even did a cleaning half way through our visit which was a lovely surprise.

Tina and Roger are adorable, the accommodation is perfect. With a key box and a parking space right in front of the terrace. Extremely clean and functional, there is everything. It is as relaxing as it is well located and close (by car) to many tourist sites. Access to the pool is a real plus because it is quiet and the view is breathtaking. Marta's place is amazing, spacious, clean and comfortable. The location is spectacular, the Albufera and the sea just a few steps. The community pool was clean and comfortable as well. Great local spots, reataurants, merkats, bike rental, pharmacy, everything you need for a great vacay! Marta is an extremely kind& responsive host.

I felt completely comfortable in the apartment! It was very clean, tastefully decorated and well equipped - you can immediately see that a lot of attention is paid to details here. The atmosphere was pleasant and cozy, so you feel at home from the first moment. Thank you

We stayed two weeks in Veronica's nice apartment. Everything was very good in the accommodation. Very well-equipped kitchen. You can almost cook any dish you want there, the equipment is sufficient wherever you want to cook. A couple of minutes' walk to the beach and there are two nice beach chairs available. Wi-Fi is good. The area is very quiet and safe. A large, nice pool and a very well-kept garden to enjoy. Good bus connection to city center. It takes about 40 minutes. If you want a nice vacation, rent Veronica's apartment!

The apartment and its hosts are great. You feel at home, and in a Valencian home. You can get from here to both the beach and the old town. Highly recommended!
