The bright Sonnendeck apartment, completed in 2018, is located on the 2nd floor with balcony, 2 bedrooms (double bed 1.60 m wide, bunk bed 1.40 m wide, 90 cm in the upper bed), a master bathroom and a small toilet. An elevator is available. The beautiful sandy beach (approx. 5 min.) and the harbor at Salzhaff (approx. 10 min.) are within walking distance, as well as a wide selection of restaurants, an EDEKA and Netto.

BehrenSCHLAF vacation home Stay in the thatched farmhouse and discover nature and the countryside well rested. Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. You will stay in our cozy apartment with a terrace to the south side and views of our garden. Not far from Lake Ratzeburger in a village location, surrounded by fields and nearby forest, the apartment (90 m²) with private entrance can accommodate up to 4 people. For our guests we offer 2 visits to the Baltic Sea cinema. A parking lot is also available. The apartment also has Wi-Fi and consists of 2 living rooms and bathroom with bathtub. Distances: approx. 150 meters as the crow flies to the beach approx. 60 meters to the supermarket/bakery approx. 10 minutes to the train station

Unsere 42qm große Ferienwohnung ist ebenerdig in einer in den 1920-er Jahren erbauten und 2017/18 komplett sanierten Villa gelegen. Wir haben die Wohnung mit Designklassikern, schönen Details und erlesenen Büchern ausgestattet. In der Wohnung gehören W-LAN, eine Komplettküche sowie Fußbodenheizung zur Ausstattung. Für 2 Gäste ist die Wohnung ideal, es kann aber auch ein Kind im Jugendbett des kleinen Zimmers schlafen. Auf der Terrasse lässt es sich mit der Morgensonne herrlich frühstücken.

We rent a lovingly renovated, dreamlike apartment with a large terrace. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a house that was built around 1900 in the spa style. The charming house is located in the idyllic and dreamy Baltic Sea resort of Rerik in a unique location between the Baltic Sea and Salzhaff. It is only 100 meters to the beach, which leads through a small coastal protection grove, so that you can already hear the sea rushing while having breakfast on the terrace.

Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.
