Truely and ideal place to stay if you want somewhere convenient, safe, and quiet especially for a foreigner the home is located in a private neighborhood with small markets and a community pool at walkable distance and 20 minute drive from xocomil park. Cristian is a great host who went above and beyond by leading us to the Airbnb when our maps were unable to locate it. Definitely will be booking again!

Super Unterkunft, alles wie beschrieben und ließ keine Wünsche offen, ruhige Lage und etwas abgelegen aber zentral genug um viel in der Gegend zu sehen. Ich war zum arbeiten da und konnte immer gut abschalten nach der Arbeit. Gerne komme ich wieder.

Todo estuvo muy bien menos el aire acondicionada, nunca enfrió. Está cerca de campero y se siente seguro, también tiene parqueo.

El lugar coincide con la descripción, la atención de Ana fue genial, muy al pendiente con instrucciones claras. Hubo ruido en la noche porque había una actividad en el centro. Lo demás, muy bonito.

Buena ubicación para ir a los centros recreativos. Lugar en resisencial cerrado. Agradable entorno.

Un lugar muy bonito tranquilo para pasarlo con la familia, limpio, recomendable para volver y accesible a varios lugares.

¡Nos encantó el lugar de Kristal! Cuenta con todo lo necesario para sentirse cómodo y seguro durante la visita. El lugar está súper lindo y es todo lo que promete en las fotos. La chica de nombre Ashley es lo máximo, nos cayó muy bien y brinda un excelente apoyo para todo lo que se necesite. Sin duda nos volveríamos a hospedar acá en una próxima visita al IRTRA. La única recomendación para Kristal sería si se pudiera mantener "controlado" el tema del árbol de mango, ya que generan un olor muy fuerte en la salida de la casita. Además, provoca que el parqueo se llene de moscas, que al final se entran a la casa y a los carros. Dejando este detalle de un lado, 100% recomendado quedarse acá! Aunque sí tenés que moverte unos 12-15 minutos para llegar al IRTRA, la experiencia de hospedarte acá vale totalmente la pena :)!!

We stayed at Casa Escobar while sharing a magnificent time at Xetulul and with friends in San Sebastian. I give a good ABNB review with confidence the host(s) will get a handle on a couple of issues (mentioned later). With everything available to cook that we needed, we prepared a couple big meals for friends. Refrigerator, washer and dryer functioned pretty well. With beautiful little park settings, stream, pool, barbaque, and picnic settings nearby, I enjoyed the environment. Air conditioning apperatus in the two bedrooms helped with the heat and humidity. Much apreciated, Anix corresponded cordially and helped with any and all questions. Due to Guatemala's environment, insects sometimes challenge otherwise good stay conditions. Anix worked to mitigate the issue. Enjoying an amazing Semana Santa, we spent a week in the area.

La casa está muy linda, se encuentra céntrica y es muy amplia. Fui con mi familia y llevábamos varios niños, la casa fue perfecta para nuestro fin de semana Cerca hay mercados y está a muy pocos minutos de las atracciones del IRTRA. Recomiendo la casa para estadías familiares 👌🏻

Alojamiento en una zona muy tranquila, vecindario seguro, con garage, a 15 minutos de todo lo céntrico de xela. Cecilia muy amable en todo momento. Recomendado.

A fantastic place to stay in Xela, a fully equipped apartment, nice and spacious and in a secure private courtyard. The owners are very kind and helpful and the place has a great vibe. The wifi is very strong and reliable and perfect for working online. Thanks for a great stay!

Todo limpio, la casa muy bonita y la atención excelente. Solo tuvimos fuga de agua en la cocina pero nada que afecte la estadía de ahí en fuera todo totalmente bien.

Absolutely stunning views. Great hosts, everyone was so helpful and immediately responded to anything we asked, we so appreciated their attentiveness. The views from here cannot be beat, wake up just before sunrise and watch. The restaurant had the best food we had in San Marcos actually. And maybe my favorite thing - their jacuzzi was actually extremely clean and well maintained! I’m picky about this. This water was pristine and treated. Perfection in the early mornings. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Alejandro's place was great! We loved the 360 view and the outdoor shower. It was great seeing the sunrise from the balcony every morning! Host is very responsive and helpful as well. Something to note - the neighborhood has a lot of roosters crowing all night, and because the metal roof is not completely closed, it might be hard for some people to get a good night's sleep. By no means is this the place's fault though, but just to be aware if you're a light sleeper! Everything else was awesome, very clean and good amenities! Drinking water in the kitchen, warm showers, good working faucet, a desk to work at, a bench on the balcony! Power outlets were also abundant and there's a good working ceiling fan:) Thanks, Alejandro!

This condo is great! it has an amazing view of the lake. You have all needed in the apartment. There is a restaurant downstairs which has great local food and great prices. would love to come back!
