Smještaj kod Francisca bio je odličan! Ulazak u apartman je bio jednostavan, a sve je u potpunosti odgovaralo opisu i fotografijama. Apartman ima sve što vam je potrebno za ugodan boravak i djeluje čak prostranije nego na slikama. Besprijekorno je čist i uredan, a nalazi se svega 100 metara od glavne plaže - u blizini brojnih kafića, restorana i drugih sadržaja. Komunikacija s Franciscom bila je jednostavna - vrlo brzo odgovara, susretljiv je te spreman pomoći. Smještaj od srca preporučujem, 11/10! Ukoliko opet poželimo doći u Almeriju, svakako ćemo rezervirati ovaj smještaj.

Wir wurden freundlich von Rocio empfangen und in die Wohnung eingewiesen. Es gab für jeden ein kleines Willkommensgeschenk und etwas nahrhaftes aus der Gegend. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und geräumig. Es fehlt eigentlich an nichts. Am Besten ist der sehr große Balkon mit einem hervorragenden Ausblick auf das Meer, den wir jeden Morgen beim Frühstück genossen haben. Almeria ist nicht gerade die schönste Stadt, aber wer ruhig Urlaub machen will, ist hier genau richtig. Rocia hat sich mehrmals bei uns gemeldet und gefragt, ob alle sin Ordnung ist und ob wir eventuell noch etwas benötigen. Das fanden wir sehr aufmerksam. Positiv ist auch die nehe gelegene Tiefgarage zu erwähnen, die die doch sehr schwierige Parkplatzsuche vermeidet. Insgesamt eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft in der wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben..

Todo tal y como se esperaba. Muy limpio, buena ubicación y cómodo. Las instrucciones eran muy detalladas y la estancia fue genial.

What a wonderful stay. Five minute walk to the great beach, five minute walk to the supermarket, five minute walk to the local coffee shop and bar. Salva met us on arrival and showed us the apartment. If we needed anything we just asked. We will go again and we would highly recommend this property.

We had a wonderful time in Almería! Bogdan’s place was great and also close to everything. He was very quick to respond and the apartment was very well equipped for short and longer stays. We highly recommend!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung hat einen wirklich traumhaften Ausblick aus Meer und bietet gleichzeitig sehr viel Privatsphäre und Ruhe. Die Lage ist optimal, im Haus befindet sich ein Supermarkt und einige empfehlenswerte Restaurants. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Bonita estancia en Almería, cerca del puerto y de la playa, con comercios muy próximos. Asier muy amable y pendiente todo el tiempo

es la segunda vez que estamos en este apartamento y la verdad que nos encanta. tanto el sitio como el apartamento y el trato recibido. Creo que al estar por segunda vez dejamos en claro que es un sitio ideal para perderte ese fin de semana que uno necesita.

Wir waren zu zweit eine Woche in Rafaels Appartement in Cabo de Gata. Es war noch vor der Hauptsaison, daher hatten noch nicht alle Geschäfte geöffnet. Das hat uns aber nicht gestört, wir haben es genossen den Strand fast für uns alleine zu haben. In der gut ausgestatteten Küche konnten wir uns hervorragend selbst versorgen. Rafael hat uns Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben und hat dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Der Sonnenuntergang auf dem Balkon mit Blick auf Strand, Meer und Berge mit einem leckeren Getränk in der Hand ist Erholung pur. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Pasamos casi una semana en el apartamento de Joe. Estuvimos felices en todos los aspectos: el piso en sí, que es mucho más bonito de lo que las fotos le hacen justicia, las vistas maravillosas, el espacio, la ubicación, el buen trato. Se nota el cariño y el cuidado que pone Joe en que estemos cómodos y no nos falte nada. Volveremos.

The apartment is in a prime location and is fully equipped for a longer stay. Carmen is a kind host who is always there for you. I had a pleasant stay.

Mojacar is stunning!! Lovely flat and true to description and photos. Was actually a lot larger than it looked. Everything you would need in the kitchen and bathroom. Pool area was spotless and having the beach directly over the road gave you options. Supermarket only a 5 minute walk and lots of gorgeous restaurants in easy walking distance - 5-10 minutes and lots more a little bit further along the beach. Veranda space was ideal for a glass of wine after a hard day of sunbathing! Rachel was very helpful and can’t thank her enough for letting us stay - we will definitely be back if she’ll have us. 5 star property 👍🏻

We had a fantastic 12 day stay at Javier’s apartment. It is well equipped and great value for money in a fab location. I would strongly recommend staying at Javier’s apartment if you are staying in Almeria. Thanks for a great stay Javier.

The apartment has a beautiful setting right next to the beach with a cute balcony to admire the views when eating or relaxing. The accommodation is spacious with a minimalist feel. The bathrooms and bedrooms are very comfortable. The kitchen/living area is the jewel of the flat with excellent, spacious facilities to cook and relax. There are restaurants and bars very near by and people are friendly. There is a large modern shopping complex a 15 minute walk away although we found local facilities rather limited. There is a long promenade in each direction which is great for long walks/bike rides. We loved cooking, relaxing walking and admiring the views, a prefect apartment for all of those.

The place is just like the photos and the description. Mario was very responsive and available. You definitely need a car if you stay here, but the good thing is that Almería and Aguadulce are less than 10 minutes away. The pool area is very nice with a great view. This place is a gem.

La casa es preciosa, tiene dos terrazas muy amplias y con espacios verdes ideales para salir de la monotonía.

Apartamento limpio, bien ubicado y con todo lo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones en familia. La terraza con el jacuzzi es una pasada. La piscina comunitaria es grande y con el agua calentito, está genial para los peques. La playa está muy cerquita y además hay comercios y restaurantes muy cerca. Ha sido genial poder meter el coche en el parking subterráneo, la plaza es muy grande y está enfrente de la puerta de acceso. La única cosa a tener en cuenta es que no es accesible ya que tiene escaleras para acceder a todo, pero hemos estado tan agusto que no nos ha importado. Sin duda un sitio para repetir. El apartamento estaba muy bien, limpio y con el equipamiento que se anuncia. El lugar era tranquilo, próximo a la playa y con restaurantes en la zona. Elena estuvo pendiente de nosotros en todo momento. Todo perfecto.

Nos quedamos en esta casita en almeria unos dias y la verdad muy bien. la casa estaba muy limpia, el anfitrion nos dejo llegar incluso antes al apartamento lo cual se agradece , siempre contesto amablemente mis preguntas o cual quier duda que tuviese con rapidez. bastante agradable la zona. sin duda repetiremos 😀

Casa ideal para pasar unas buenas vacaciones, el alojamiento cuenta con muchas instalaciones. La casa está equipada con horno, lavavajillas, aire acondicionado, todo lo que deseas encontrar. César estuvo muy atento y nos facilitó todo lo que puedo. Muy recomendable, además el precio está realmente bien. Ubicado en un punto medio, si traes coche puedes disfrutar de muchas calas.

Nous n'avons pas eu le plaisir et l'honneur de rencontrer Sarai. Nous avons echangé à 2 reprises, par mail pour des détails techniques d'ordre minime, pour, in fine, trouver une solution. En conclusion, nous avons vécu 2 excellents mois de Vacances dans l'appartement loué par Sarai, et nous l'en remercions.
