Von dieser Unterkunft aus ist man in Nullkommanichts an allen wichtigen Orten. Zu Fuß innerhalb 3 Minuten erreicht man den Supermarkt, die Bäckerei, den Metzger, die Apotheke und ein Restaurant mit Biergarten. In der Stadt Kempten ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Min., eine Bushaltestelle ist in Sichtweite. Die Wohnung (90qm) befindet sich im 1. Stock, ist sehr hell und geräumig. Von der Terrasse blickt man auf ein Fauna-Flora-Habitat. Im Umkreis von wenigen KM findt man Wanderwege, Seen u. Skigebiete.

Autos befahren werden (Duplex-Stellplatz; s. 'Zugang für Gäste').

Our apartment in Wagneritz near Rettenberg is located in the middle of the beautiful Upper Allgäu, at the foot of the Grünten. 5 minutes to Immenstadt am Alpsee, 10 minutes to Sonthofen, 20 minutes to Oberstdorf. The apartment offers everything 2 people need for a nice, relaxing vacation. A separate entrance, a beautiful terrace, kitchen, bathroom, bed and a corner bench for nice hours. From the apartment you can walk directly to the Grünten (ski touring possible from the front door)

Apartment in the heart of the Allgäu

Lovely apartment in Kranzegg. Germany's southernmost brewery village. 3 breweries in the municipality. Hiking right at the foot of the Grünten. Toboggan run and cross-country ski run within walking distance. A baker and cheese shop with Allgäu cheese and sausage specialties are right in the village. Ski and bicycle storage available. Cozy room for 1-2 people in Blaichach

Our 19 square meter guest room above the garage with separate entrance, two single beds, mini sofa and separate bathroom with shower and toilet is rented. In the room there is a refrigerator, kettle, coffee pad machine, microwave, smart TV and Wi-Fi. Skis, sleds, bicycles, etc. can be safely parked in the basement. A parking space in the courtyard is reserved for you. Bed linen, blankets, towels and breakfast dishes as well as tea/coffee are provided.

Welcome to our appartment on Rottachsee in Petersthal. The appartment has two rooms with about 71 sqm. The whole living area is designed with wooden floors . A well-equipped fitted kitchen with hob , oven, fridge, coffee machine, etc. is available. We recommend the arrival by car, since the nearest train station is about 8 km away and there is no public transport on site!
