I've lovingly furnished and decorated it to a high standard to make it the perfect base to explore Southwold and the surrounding areas. The house features a cosy lounge with a log burner, a very spacious kitchen and living space, large master bedroom and king size double bed, a twin bed 2nd bedroom, as well as a fully enclosed garden. Ideally placed only a short walk to the high street and beach.

Situated off the A12 for easy access to RSPB Minsmere, Dunwich and the Norfolk Broads and only 1 mile from Latitude music festival. Our popular "gastropub" local is only 100m from your door, and a well-stocked village shop with Suffolk-sourced produce and all the essentials is just opposite. There's a farmshop and nursery in the village, plus a children's play area over the road. Enquire for bike hire.

Perfectly placed holiday home for town & beach but tucked away from main roads & ideal to explore southwold. We have a sunny courtyard with bbq & seating area where you can park your car. The front door opens into an open plan lounge kitchen/diner with a seperate utility leading to a single bedroom. Upstairs to the left is a separate family bathroom and to the right a double bedroom with sliding privacy panels & it’s own en-suite then a further larger bedroom with zip n link king or twin beds.
