We had a lovely stay. House was as described, clean and had all the things we needed. Would recommend to friends and family.

We had a wonderful stay at this amazing little cottage set on a working farm. The views across the fields were absolutely stunning—truly a breath of fresh air. It was the ideal place to unwind and disconnect. Mary and her team were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. They even offered us a later checkout, which was such a kind gesture (though we sadly had to decline as we were eager to get home to see our son). The hot tub was a fantastic bonus, perfect for relaxing after a peaceful day. And the complimentary bottle of wine, A lovely touch—it went down very well! The nearby village of East Harling is just a 30-minute walk away and has everything you need for a quiet retreat—whether it’s grabbing some basic groceries or enjoying a drink at one of the friendly local pubs. It’s great not having to rely on the car at all. We would highly recommend this cottage to any couple looking for a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle. We’ll definitely be back.

Our time here was just amazing. Lovely cottage. Big bedroom with very comfortable beds. Plenty of storage. Extremely clean Bathroom, fab shower. Big Fluffy towels. Great Kitchen. Fab welcome pack. Thank you x. All you needed in kitchen. Plus BBQ utensils. Fab nesspresso coffee machine with Milk part. Lovely views. Great Lounge. Amazing Fire. Yes did use in May :) Amazing hot tub. With clear instructions. Use 4 or 5 x in the week. Lots of Wildlife, we saw a Rabbit and bird of prey. The Barn next door- we met the people staying there twice, v friendly. Clear instructions on where washing Machine was plus pods. Comfortable outside Chairs- with cushions. Halesworth and Beccles V close, Southwold not to far. Al lovely. The Angel in Halesworth reccomend for Food. Cottage was Dog friendly you could shut the big main gate- we didn't need too, as no Dog. But know Lots of people that go away with their pets. A fabulous, well equipped home with a great view and visiting wildlife - pheasants, hares and swallows. Easy walking distance to Suffolk Barn for our family wedding and short drive to Bury St Edmunds. Very comfortable beds, fluffy towels and calming colour scheme. Extremely well equipped kitchen and generous welcome provisions made it easy to feel straight at home. We would love to come back to explore the local area and spend more time taking in the view and relaxing in the tub. Thank you to our hosts who were so accommodating and welcoming.

Pips Cottage was a lovely quaint place, based in a location that opened up lots of other opportunities to get out and about around Suffolk. Ringsfield itself is a sleepy place, with just a pub for leisure time. The cottage was perfect for what we wanted, quiet, but accessible enough to other areas. The cottage is lovely and cosy and had everything you needed for a few days away. Would highly recommend.

We had a perfect weekend break accommodation as described 👌. Joanna left homemade brownies that lasted all of 5 mins 😁 milk, eggs, yoghurts, vase of flowers, cream, and cookies all made the first impression Perfect. We walked throughout the large grounds used the jacuzzi, games room with toilet which had sky tv on a large screen pool table tennis table football and ice hockey game, lots of seating to watch. Very quiet and secluded area 20 25 mins from beccles local pub unfortunately we did not use. Farm shop on site with local fresh produce and everything thing you might need if you have forgotten anything. At night no light contamination so on a clear night we could see a sky full of stars planets etc. Overall perfect place Perfect accommodations and perfect guest 👌 A1.

We arrived in good time and had clear instructions from the host. The photos do not do Justice to this beautiful country cottage in an idyllic setting. Complimentary wine & chocolate. Everything we could have asked and wished for was here. Space, nature, games, BBQ and hot tub, kitchen amenities . We were 7 adults, 1 child and dogs. We never once felt overcrowded. We have literally all had the best short holiday ever. We would book another stay in a heartbeat and stay longer. None of us wanted to leave. Thank you so much.

Philip was a great host, he left us some welcome treats at the house and kept in touch to ensure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The house was spotless and had everything you could need. It was a home away from home. Only a short walk to the beach which was lovely and clean. Would definitely recommend!

We had a lovely few days at Betsey Trotwood, the bed was so comfy we slept really well. The accommodation was perfect, and Bella our dog enjoyed the back courtyard. The information folder which Matt and Michaela had put together was very useful, it helped us to decide where to visit, plenty of very nice pubs which served high standard food close by.

Great place to get away, meet with family and relax. Very dog friendly, which is a massive plus for us. Clean & tidy. Private. Bumped into Chloe just as we were leaving and she was friendly and chatty. I have no doubt if we'd have needed her for anything (which we didn't) she would have sorted it.

Lovely accommodation. Very rustic and would suit most who like a bohemian lifestyle. We enjoyed our stay, although the uneven floors and steep stairs to the top bedroom presented a challenge. We arrived very late, in the dark, and although we had a little difficulty finding the property, Kate was very helpful, and we found our way. Overall, a great stay.

We adored staying at Mike and Sam’s perfect little cottage. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The surrounding area was stunning and we enjoyed a few local walks, as well as driving further to beaches etc.

My third stay in this beautiful barn and once again everything was perfect. The large totally secure garden space is such a bonus for the dogs. Jonathan always communicates promptly and is very helpful. I saw a little owl in the garden this time which was the icing on the cake. I totally recommend this peaceful place surrounded by glorious farmland.

White Cottage was exactly as described and did not disappoint. It had very modern amenities in a quirky wrapping, as we loved the low ceilings and uneven floors. Its central position in Beccles meant we did not use the car at all, but walked or bussed everywhere and it was so easy to go out for a meal or drink in the evening. We have never had such comprehensive instructions and links to all the manuals for TV, dishwasher etc.. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect place for our family of 4 when visiting friends locally. No 77 was fully equipped with everything we needed. Tea coffee milk in the fridge all provided and COOP near by for a loaf of bread. Parking not a problem at all. We would love to return.

Set in beautiful surroundings, the cottage was well placed for walks and bike rides. I think we shall be returning at some point

I had an amazing stay! The place was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described—if not better. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and made check-in a breeze. The location was perfect: close to everything but still peaceful and quiet at night. I especially appreciated the little thoughtful touches throughout the home that made it feel extra welcoming. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Perfect location in the country side. Easy to drive to Stowmarket. Plus good train links if you didn’t want to drive to Bury St Edmund. Accommodation modern and very clean. Loved the bird song in the back garden over a cup of tea. Highly recommend.

We wish we could keep this place to ourselves, The best kept cleanest property we have stayed in for a very long time. Sue and Richard are very responsive and the Cake! Yes Cake! Sue baked was terrific. The surroundings were perfect for us, Fields to the front across the lane and open fields to the back. Pub is about a ten minute walk down the lane (it serves brilliant food) you can also walk through the field via a path which is nice on a beautiful day. The neighbours are very friendly and Hector the dog was brilliant. I seriously have nothing bad to say about Sue and Richards place except we had to leave...at the end of our stay. Yes this is a cottage that we will return to if not buy

We had a lovely stay in Sea View. The house has a lot of character and luckily the weather was good enough to make use of the private garden as well. Plenty of parking outside and lots to explore in the surrounding area. Jill was a great host, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We had a fanastic stay at Jayne's; the location couldn't have been better, near to the beachfront, cafes, shops and green spaces. Beautiful cottage just as described; fully equipped kitchen, lots of lovely towels, and some very thoughtful touches 🙂 thank you for a lovely two night stay! We would come back again!

Orchard Cottage is set in a stunning & quiet location and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The showers & beds were superb and we found it a perfect location for exploring the area.
